Very classy clean looking restaurant with very friendly efficient staff. Food was delicious. You can either order at the bar or the modern way of using the QR code on your table.

Took the children after school for a treat on a sunny day. Promised fish and chips on the beach.Takeaway shut but sign said can be ordered from the restaurant. So we went to the restaurant and they said they stopped doing Takeaway for the day!So we had to eat in £9.49 for sausage and chips is extortionate! The fish and chips was also nearly double for the same size portion £11.49. The food was nice but not for the price hence 3 stars.They still managed to do lots of Takeaway for delivery drivers!

We went today 16/4/22 with my wife, and I have to say the fish here is excellent... Bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for in pleasant surroundings etc. The only thing that let it down was the server, she was so rude! I ordered 2 fish and chips and 1 with a battered sausage. The fish and chips came out, then the lady bought over another plate with sausage and chips, we said tbh we only want the sausage and not to worry about the extra chips, to which she picked up the sausage with her hands and put it on my wife's plate! Both of us shocked my wife said Umm you just touched that with your hands. Her reply was "my hands were clean" with a great deal of attitude. Covid or not, you do not expect someone in a restaurant to pick up food and put it on your plate. Maybe I'm being over the top, clean hands or not, that's pretty disgusting. We spent £47 in here on 2 meals and really should not have to deal with rudeness. The server is customer facing and should be polite! This review should be 5 star but she let it down. What a shame.

Rating 4.5! Excellent staff. Very tasty meal. Scooter chair accessible. We didn't use the WC so can't comment on that as per accessible for a disabled. Experience would have been 5 star if it wasn't that there was a chill in the seated area away from the restaurants kitchen, which made our meal cool quicker. Staff were absolutely brilliant. Will definitely visit again.

Friendly welcoming host. Very quiet waiting staff. We ordered through the app which was great. However when we went up to the bar to order a tea it took a very long time. The food was great though!

Ordered a take away last Saturday (29th Jan). Large cod, saveloy and chips: when arrived it was all cold. The large cod was more like a small medium! The chips were dry and had black bits in. Saveloy was alright but cold. Would not recommend since it cost 20 pound. Disappointed. Don't order from this company. Waste of money.

We ordered regular fish and chips and the portions were huge and fresh. Customer service was good and their manager was friendly. Restaurant atmosphere was good as well with beautiful sea view. We will back again.

Deep Blue Fish and Chip shop was closed so we followed the sign which states that we can order at the restaurant. We ordered 2 kids meals, one portion of cod bites and one medium cod with chips. Was happy to wait 40 min as service was running late.We have never had such weird, dry and chewy fish before. Children's portions were exactly the same as the adult cod bites... We didn't check the boxes when we collected, and I regret that as I would have asked for my money back there and then. Really dissapointed as such difference between their own fish and chip shop and 'the restaurant', really anaemic.

Beautiful fish and chips and delicious scampi!!👍The orders and payment are put through by QR code system. The staff is very polite, helpful and explained everything very clearly. All tables are cleaned after each customer and 'arrow system' is in place, which makes the entire place very Covid friendly and organised. We will definitely return soon!! If you stop by the pier in Portsmouth, definitely go for it! 👏P.S.: The onion rings are to die for! ⭐
