Best Indian I have ever had, ordered from just eat, turned up on time and was amazing! Would highly recommend!!!

ordered and paid for food online. waited 1.5 hours nothing arrived. called Dewans and was told they didn't have our order. I gave them the order number we had but the guy wouldn't do anything. no refund no food no nothing. totally unhelpful. seemed to think he was being reasonable by offering no solution at all. When I told him he was being unreasonable he hung up.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!, WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD FOR OVER 2 HOURS TO THE POINT I DROVE TO THE RESTAURANT TO FIND IT CLOSING THE CHEF WAS VERY RUDE AND THE RESTAURANT INSIDE IS DISGUSTING, HAVE CALLED BACK TODAY TO SPEAK TO THE BUSINESS OWNER AND THEY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TO P*** OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Have been reported to trading standards

DO NOT ORDER!!THE "MANAGER" IS CRAZY!! SENT CHICKEN INSTEAD OF LAMB BECAUSE THEY RUN OUT AND SAID ITS CHEAPER LOL!!!! AND HE THINKS THATS NORMAL TO DO THAT!!TOLD HIM TO COLLECT THE FOOD AND RETURN OUR MONEY AND NO ONE SHOWED UP!! RANG THE FOLLOWING DAY TO SEE IF HE HAD FALLEN DOWN A WELL OR POPPED OVER TO INDIA AS AGAIN NO ONE SHOWED UP.Still no refund I have to laugh it was that bad we have been well and truly had!AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I made an order online, thinking that they were still in Fratton Road as saying on Google, they took my money, and said the order will be ready in 30 minutes. Went to collect, found that they have moved, to 124 Kingston Road. Went there to collect, only to find the takeaway closed down. Can't contact them through phone or email, found a number for a Datman LTD, but don't hold much hope from hearing from them. Luckily I paid with PayPal. Con leave well alone.

You leave food outside people's doors without informing them. How's that for food safety and loyalty to your restaurant. Very unprofessional. You can stay with your food to be honest.

WARNING - Pay Peanuts - Get Monkeys.I get it, it was cheap but it was terribly cooked. I ordered a lamb bhuna and was phoned immediately to say they had no lamb (at 1800 on a Thursday). When the chicken bhuna arrived it was pure onion, not like any other bhuna I have had before (in a bad way). It was an hour late and took almost two hours from initial order. Happy to do bad food quickly or good food slowly but the bad of both!Advise against using.

Brothers, I’m tempted to come in and show you how to get the basics right. I had vegetarian samosas, garlic chicken (because there was no lamb), a keema nan and two roti. Only the samosas were edible. I had to bin everything else. Please stop dosing everything with sugar; a garlic chilli chicken dish should not be made with (tasteless) chunks of chicken breast in a saccharin sweet sauce; the tandoori roti should not be as thin as poppadum and the nan again, too sweet, should not contain a bland disc of grey meat. I don’t leave bad reviews normally, everybody has to earn a living but you need to at least maintain an average quality for your menu with your competitors. I obviously won’t be ordering from you again and I apologise for offending you but chef needs to review what he is doing in the kitchen.
