Fantastic food and service. It is a bank holiday weekend, so the expectations were low. We only had towait for 15 minutes for a table and the food came reasonably quickly. Our server was polite and efficient. Good job.

Had a lovely late lunch, early dinner at Frankie & Benny's in Gunwharf Quays. Harrison took good care uf us. Very friendly and gave us extra time when I couldn't decide on what to order. The best part was he didn't come over and check on us when we had our month's full. 🤣 That always gets me. I hope to think he waited and timed it perfectly. I appreciated that. Was great food. Very tasty and filling. Mac and Cheese burger with cajun cheese fries. My new fav! 5 stars. 🌟

Good food. But that was about all I could say about it whole experience. The service was very bad. We had to wait ages after we were seated to have our order taken. We had to ask someone to serve us in the end. And the food took forever to be served. The weird thing was that it was almost empty. The staff were standing around talking most of the time we were there. In round up we won't be going back in any hurry. The whole experience has put me off Frankie & Bennys full stop.

Went for a lunchtime meal with my mother and son. The customer service was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Megan and Harrison who were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The food was really lovely too and arrived very quickly. Thank you! We will definitely visit again.

Went today with my family and the service was not good. My partner had meatballs with pasta served with a black moldy leaf on the top , very little sauce on the pasta, the meat balls were dry defiantly not fresh. My daughter had a gluten free pizza which the base was so hard to eat so she left most of the pizza. We have gluten free pizza frequently and this was the worst ever!

Food was good but the service bad! We had to wait 20 minutes to be served even though the place was empty had to stop a waiter in the end to get served. Then in between the meals was just as bad. The quickest we were served was when we had to pay the bill!!! Won't be back in a hurry.

Visited this evening after going to the vue cinema with my partner, was actually the best meal out I’ve had! Amazing service from Samuel who dealt with all of my allergies and questions professionally and took me seriously! Absolutely fantastic service and food was great too. Then also received a discount on our food for visiting the cinema beforehand!

No much to say. Standard service, food delivered in timely manner. Food - don't expect much . Chain supplied dishes " prepared "on site, just about to be good enough to be eaten. Good for quick visit during shopping nothing else.

I have to highlight that our server Adam was brilliant excellent interpersonal skills he single-handedly extended his self above and beyond to pull a blatantly discriminating experience back to an acceptable level of customer service. The hostess after confirming we had not got a reservation stated we would have to wait whilst a table was prepared. For us, which we were happy to do. The family behinds we had the same number of persons in the group family of 3. It was confirmed they did not have a reservation either. The difference was they were shown to a table that was set waiting for patrons.I asked why those patrons were seated before us(black patrons), as we were considering leaving...I was not given a direct answer but ushered back to the seats saying we will be served soon.In between deciding whether to say or not, we requested the assistance of one of the female serves regarding freshly cut onions as a serving she appeared to either not understand the question or lack communication skills or simply flustered by having to apply service to black people. She looked as if she had come into contact with an alien.Having realized the incompetence in some of the staff Adam did his very best to make us feel welcome, he did a good job. He showed diplomacy and tack, integral core skills in hospitality.Adam would do well as a manager or in any leadership role in his chosen career path.I suggest that this particular branch, invest in a training package to include diversity and anti-discrimination awareness. My community needs to be aware of negative experiences so we are informed about establishments showing egregious practices but happy to take our money whilst showing us contempt.I would not recommend this branch based on the lack of customer service, however, Adam is and was very polite without being condescending he felt genuine and concerned about our experience.

Brilliant waiter who was very attentive and checked on us a lot and was happy to have a chat. The food was nice and worth the price. A very large Dinner but worth it and I didn't have a starter so it wasn't too much in the end. We had some lovely cocktails as well 😋Definitely will return
