Lovely cake. Lovely coffee. Lovely atmosphere😊 the only downside, very popular so difficult to get a seat inside. We sat outside, lucky the weather wasn't too bad.

·

Awful. The woman we spoke to may as well have rolled her eyes at us when we asked for ice cream. Much better service 10 seconds walk down the path at the Tea House.

·

Lovely outdoor seating area at the back. The open steak sandwich is delicious. A bonus is they are dog friendly and provide dog water and biscuit free of charge.

·

Lovely venue, very relaxing atmosphere. Welcoming staff and great food, good variety of food choices, catering for losts of dietary requirements, including Gluten Free ... The gluten free sausages were lovely.

Can sometimes be busy but can generally get a seat, today there were a few tables taken but there was the table near the back door that had quite a few people on plus dogs and pushchairs blocking the way to the tables that were empty. When we tried to make our way to a table we were asked to step over a dog and make our way past the pushchairs instead of moving out of our way. No one in the cafe asked them to keep the way clear it was very awkward and not safe for anyone trying to get past. The separate room was empty and there would have been more room for them all to sit so I couldn't understand why they hadn't sat in there or at least left the pushchairs outside, really the staff should have ensured the spaces to walk to the other tables was kept clear. Very disappointed.

My first ever disappointment at this fabulous cafe. My lemon drizzle cake must have been drizzled in blandness instead of lemon. It tasted of nothing. Full credit to the staff who replaced it with another slice but alas it too was bland and heavy. I will return I'm just a wee bit disappointed. Still luvs them tho. ☺

I popped in to get warm from the window and rain. It was about 3 pm and they had sign saying they shut at 4pm. Didn't welcome me, swept around me obviously keen to hurry me out and shut early. Cake didn't taste particular fresh. Overall I left with a very uncomfortable feeling and dissapointed.

Not impressed!!The website said it closed at 5pm... But they started shutting up at 3.50pm....They took my cup away as soon as I had finished it!!!!The staff were cold and unhelpful. Not only that but was told there was a no smoking policy in the garden....it's out doors!!Is this how you want people's experience to be - it's not even that the overpriced cake is up to much,...I will never go there again and suggest only go there if you want disappointing cake, almost rude staff and a non smoking policy that is quite frankly ridiculous.

Sheltered in here from the rain. Nice, clean and tidy cafe with good selection of cakes and drinks. Quite expensive but good quality coffee. It is a very noisy and echoey room which makes conversation difficult. We will visit again.

Best homemade quiche I've ever had... Mediterranean veg - delicious. Top notch soft drinks offered here at a reasonable price - thanks offering great products at a reasonable price.
