Grosvenor Casino in Portsmouth

My first visit to a casino, which I enjoyed very much. Signed in as a guest, I played with a group of friends on the roulette tables. Staff very relaxed and interactive.

A great night! And Jane is absolutely incredible, if you ever need anything please ask for her! Made my night!

Good central location in the ever popular Gunwharf Quays. Friendly, helpful staff who make sure the evening is always memorable.

Used to be upgraded with dress code no drunks but now anyone can just walk in start trouble inside while you trying to play machines you get pushed shoved listening to load people shouting abuse but apart from that it rips you of every bit of your money not good for real gamblers I think the club should ban people with gambling habit put a restriction on individuals that spend all the wages as not good for mental health

A good casino, always clean and welcoming staff! Only bit of a annoyance is that since they’ve reopened following the pandemic, roulette tables operate at £2 per chip minimum which may be great for others isn’t the best for casual attenders or not big gamblers who just fancy a fluter as you are forced to do that stake.Other than that great place!

Great atmosphere, very relaxed and welcoming. Also the variety of games is great. Overall, it was great fun and well worth the visit.

Well run establishment friendly staff, and if you pace yourself it can be a good night

Good clean fun! The man working today offering drinks to the grosvenor customers is the highlight of me coming to this casino mostly are elderlies and he showed respect.... win or lose you leave the place smiling! Apologies didn't get his name! He is a good employee! Keep it up!.

I actually been a member here for over 5 years and went back for the first time in the last 2 years yesterday. I'm just a casual casino visitor..I go maybe 5 times a year but I have to say this casino is excellent in every way.Lovely staff from reception to the bar to management and of course the coupiers. We had a great time yesterday and I introduced my friend as she's never been to a casino. Was fantastic.The actual casino is always clean and fantastic looking.They were doing covid safety measures yesterday with 4 people to a roulette at a time.Really missed this place.excellent place to go in gunwharf Portsmouth for a laugh.

This is a comfortable relaxed casino, They have a 24 hour menu which is great if you get the munchies later on. We like the bar it’s well stocked and open all night great place for a drink if you don’t want the hassle of trying to get served in some of the busier local bars. The staff are efficient and very friendly It’s a great place to visit for a quiet drink, restaurant meal, flutter or to watch live sports.
