Outstanding breakfast! Would like to take this opportunity to thanks Megan for accommodating me and a couple of mates, even though we weren’t hotel guests. Great place to come if you’re like me, carrying a few extra kilos and up for a hell of a feed! 😋

Hmm. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy but we were put way out the back next to a large party, out in the cold. There were only 3 of us but we were put on a table for 6?? We should have asked to move but it was difficult to get the attention of any staff The service in general was really slow, and we weren't asked if we wanted more drinks. However, our food was excellent, the burger was succulent and the ribs were first class. A nice cup of coffee too.

Excellent service from reception to food service. First time coming here. Food was great and served promptly.Our waitress (Kelly) was excellent, cheerful, helpful and informative and we were never left waiting long for anything and she always checked up on us for anything we needed.Considering how busy this place was and the size, the staff are amazing.

Love that the cooked food is prepared fresh , the buffet for drinks and light breakfast is appetising, still adhere for covid restrictions. The price of the food is fair, the place remained clean and the people are really friendly, keep up the good work!

Had a lovely lunchtime visit just before Christmas with my best friend. I had fish & chips which were cooked to perfection.Our waitress was far too busy, kind enough, but nowhere to be seen when we wanted to order dessert. We eventually asked another member of staff for our bill(which arrived promptly)!

Don't waste your money go to Toby Carvery for the breakfast buffet.Food is bland - literally no taste (no I don't have covid either)!Booked for 10:15 which is the last appointment (we didn't know this at the time) if you haven't finished eating/ drinking by 10:30 there isn't anything as it's all packed away or turned off!Can definitely notice that the staff have worked here either too long or don't want to be there at all.Shame as this was our first time and very local to us.Will be sticking to Toby from now on.

Steak was okay, not great. Had to wait to get seated, to order, to get my drink, to get food, and to pay. Probably would not come back.

We've sampled the delights of this fine establishment previously, during our 2nd visit we've had both evening and breakfast meals,given the present issues with supplies etc their are extensive choices on the menu and as for breakfast both cooked and continental options are available and the prices are very reasonable even more so when they accept the Defence Discount Card which is Brucie Bonus!!!
