Hunter Gatherer in Portsmouth

I got the big one breakfast. Loved the bacon, mushrooms and beans. The rest was alright and the potatoes were cold. Did not eat them

I wish I lived closer to this amazing coffee shop! The food was delicious and portion sizes big (for lunch). Seitan for pulled pork was well flavoured and meaty. The coffee was great and the staff were super friendly.Also a rare place that does vegan Mr whippy style ice cream.The only downside is that while the food menu is 100% vegan they still serve dairy. At that point you may as well go all the way.

Had a great experience in this coffee shop. The food and service are great. It also had a lot of sockets so it made working in here very convenient. There are also loads of people in the place when we went which goes to show that people generally like the place as well.

I’ve been here a couple of times now during a stay in Southsea, and I wish I’d found it sooner. Coffee is great, and both times I’ve ordered food (brunch burrito and cheeseburger) service was fast and friendly and the meal was delicious.I’ll definitely be back again, and I’d recommend to anyone, especially plant-based folks. Try the burrito!

Always incredible service and food. The burrito is very generous In size and never too spicy. The environment is welcoming to pets and breastfeeding mothers. With 100% plant based kitchen there is still a lot of variety

It is a small but cozy coffee shop with really nice decorations. The menu is plant based, fair prices and the quality is outstanding. Really recommend this place ! They serve breakfast and brunch all day.

Went here last weekend and had a fantastic breakfast. Great choice of food, lovely staff and it all looked and tasted fantastic.

Have been visiting Hunter Gatherer numerous times for hot drinks and brunch. Always friendly, attentive staff with a good atmosphere.Great place to sit and do some work with lots of plug sockets upstairs and more seating down the back.

We had a hearty lunch at this vegan coffee shop. It is found at the south east of Porthsmouth and it allowed us to walk back to the train station on the coastal road. The place is not so crowded and the service was fast. You can have a lunch and dessert in £12-£15. However, i would recommend serving the tea in a tea cup rather than a coffee mug. It makes a whole difference.

Amazing plant-based cafe in Southsea. The menu is quite big and varied, and the BBQ pineapple quinoa burger I had was really tasty. Friendly quick service too!
