Ken's Fried Chicken in Portsmouth

No sauce or salad in my burger. Ordered hash browns. There were 2 inside the box lol.

Dry, chips frozen and cold .. had hoped that the rumours were wrong but even as a smashed drunk meal I was gutted .. had one chicken fillet and few chips n.binned the rest .. out of nessacity

If you’re starving and have no alternative then obviously please visit. Don’t expect good customer service, polite response to your questioning or basic manners even a menu to view. And then when you’ve been through all of this to have an over priced charge to wait for nearly 15 minutes at which point just asked for my money back and went over the road. No star if planning

Rubbish made. my order on their site and with all their details yet it never came and then when I called them I explained this and they said it was not them so I check it all again on email confirming it and on their site, called again and nope wouldn't even listen after years using this place in the last year they have gone down hill will never use them again. Not worth it anymore

What nice human beings stealing money from people. I never received my order and nobody picked up the phone. Judging by other reviews it's not the first time. Hope they are happy ripping good people off for a living.

How do you simultaneously create both raw and overcooked chicken in one box well ken's found the way. I would not be shocked if my housemates found me dead the next day after eating this my god was it horrendous could not even finish it and already feel ill after eating just a couple pieces before giving up entirely on it. not worth even a single penny of the money spent genuinely the worst quality food I've had and that's saying something. I don't know whether to call this purposefully maliciously bad or just awful cooking either way how has this not been considered unsafe for public consumption and shut down already.

I never got my order. I was fobbed off rudely after calling. Manager owns all the chains of this store. Said I wasn't getting my money back. £18 for nothing. Read the reviews folks. I should have. They don't even pay tax. People on here talk about no receipts given etc. Please save yourself a headache. Next day my bank was hacked. So is that not strange too. Watch your money and do NOT Order. These are shady men.

Served raw food and chips cooked less than 1minute in the fryer white! Never ever experienced anything like this! VOID!! Absolutely disgusting! Kens branches are good but this is far by the worst!

I usually buy the hot wings meal,i really like it.They have a large variety of produce,but the wings are the best.The staff is polite and really fast i ordered and after 2 min i had my food packed,with mayo,salt and plastic fork plus paper tissues.Also the fries/chips are actually really good if salty.

I am quite a connoisseur when it comes to chicken shops. I have to say I'm quite surprised by this one. Never in my lifetime I experienced, tasted, such horrible taste. I don't even know where to start. The prices are a complete rip off for the quality this shop delivers. The chicken tastes bland, no seasoning whatsoever. Don't waste your money/time here. i mean, even Ali's is good compared to this. Fix up guys...
