Ken's Kebabs and Fried Chicken in Portsmouth

Nothing we ordered arrived as we asked. The chicken burgers arrived without salad or sauces and were cold. Our kebabs were cold and unappetising and with barely any salad. I asked for salad and chilli's which were not included and we specified no cucumbers and yet that's all we got. No refund offered. We will not order from here again.

Chicken dry like 2 days old fries dripping in the oil can not eat them hard solid never again.

I was looking for zero star for this place. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Rude staffs and poor quality food. I hope the owner take some action before his business go down . They done ever read the note on your order. I have mentioned in the note that on delivery please call not to knock on the door , the delivery driver banging on the door 1am. Woke everybody in the house. On top of that missing drink on my order and when I called them, I was shocked how rude and not even an apology. The food was not good at all, over cooked burger, dry chips . If you want good burgers good customer service go to ALI BABA. DONT BUY ANY FOOD AT KENS KEBAB.

Kens kebab northend. Arrogant after not delivering our whole order. Claimed to not speak English refused to reimburse for a missing pizza.

Not worth it ordered some food at 21:00 and now is 22.32, I have call them asking how long they going to be they said 10min still nothing not even worth it wasting your time!!! Absolutely outrageous! Should be shut down

Substitute a dessert without saying to something I am allergic too, called up to be told because recieved a dessert no refund given. Great way to deal with allergies

The food is good but there must have been a management change because as there is no positive customer service. They take the order, take the money and hand over the order, which might be ok when it's busy but when you're the only customer in the place- it's poor customer service!

Just don't do it, even if you're drunk, they take over an hour to arrive which is surprising since they're only 1.5miles away from me and it takes around 10minutes for my order to be done. They hang up when I try to call them and they're always 30 additional minutes late. Best off buying some ready meals during the day to have a night because they are incompetent and rude.

Ordered online at 22.20 confirmation email sent.... 23.30 phoned asking where order is to be told we do not have your order. Order number given. Very rude woman on the phone customer service skills 0 you need to invest in customer service training because she clearly has none......

"pizza" arrived late. This was a blessing in disguise. The food arrived burned black; I did call Ken to tell him of the issue. The response was, "that's not possible, Sir, the pizza is cooked on a timer. Well, Ken, I can confirm that if this is the case, you have your timer set incorrectly. The customer service was appalling at best and offensive at worst. The food was inedible, luckily, I've just ordered a dominos. When a local business is going out of business left, right, and centre, I am genuinely shocked that " Ken's" is still going. I wouldn't give this food to anyone, not even my neighbour's dog. This has been genuine displeasure and a waste of my Sunday. Ken, you've rubbed me the wrong way, and I shall never order from your "takeaway" again.
