KFC in Portsmouth

Hot food from KFC? Makes a change! Every other KFC I been to has served cold everything.Marking down as an item was forgotten on my order which was quickly corrected however the colleague behind the counter seemed to be understaffed and needed help . I mean it was the school time rush... U need more than 1 serving....

Visited on Friday 18th March. Never again. After waiting for 25 minutes for a simple order for 2 people I asked how much longer my order would take as we had a ferry to catch. Was told my order wasn't ready. I explained about the ferry and was told my order would be 5 minutes. 5 minutes later I asked again and was told they were now waiting on the chips. I I said I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund. Eventually the Shift Leader appeared and processed the refund. No apology. It is now Friday 1st April and no refund has gone into our account. Will be taking further action. Would have given zero stars if possible

I loved KFC but deliveroo and Just Eat have killed this place.It's not the staff faults as they work tireless and had a lovely attitude but as a customer walking off the street, good luck getting server due to the army of delivery people demanding there orders.It was so bad they had security to police it. Can you believe that. Security for delivery people not customers.Food was good though, always love a good kfc.

What a poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. 3rd time in a row I've had a delivery with food missing. Tried phoning for over 1 hour and never picked up. What a joke you are KFC

Absolutely atrocious!! My order was missing items, namely, 2 chicken fillets, 2 corn cobs, mash potatoes, gravy and only received a small part filled popcorn chicken and sent the wrong drink!! They decided to put in 3 tubs of coleslaw, which is bad for me as I'm lactose intolerant!!! Well done kfc,,, you are now Top of my most useless & incompetent take away food stores!!!Quick tip for you,,,,, If you can't supply the majority of a food order,,, cancel that order!!! It's not rocket science,, people order specific items for a reason!!

Sometimes four stars, sometimes two stars. Food tastes as good as in any other KFC, but the place looks horrible sometimes, specially the toilets.

I ordered from here and it was delivered fine but the coating was dark and extremely greasy. The chips were overcooked too. Not happy at all with the quality of the food for the price I paid.

Orderd boneless feast have a guess what! No popcorn chicken the only thing my son will eat.Tried to call all I got was ring ring ring ringSo had to cook my own chicken nuggets.THANKS KFC PORTSMOUTH.p.s its not the only time you've done this!Think I will use Kens from now on.

The toilet was filthy and the pigeon was still just about alive when it was served to me. I know it was still alive before they fried it as I saw it happily nestled in the beard of the big, bespectacled guy that served me. As I was waiting I heard the squawking of a bird! I know when a bird is not happy as I've attacked many Chickens in the Legend of Zelda games when I was younger, so I just know it was being deep fried while it was still alive. Also after there was no more distressed bird noises, the big bespectacled guy returned with my order and there was no longer a bird in his beard but an empty nest - I suspect fowl play!
