Bad customer service. Low quality food. Don’t ever waste your money in this store. Not worthy to spend in here. Management should teach some customer service to their staff.

Best chicken shop in Portsmouth! Cannot understand a single negative review due to using here for a few years now and never had anything but perfection. Makes no sense to go anywhere else when the foods this good at this price

Food is OK! the guy at the till needs help on customer service, we ordered food for 5 people and i told him to out sauces and tissues for us all, he out 1 tissue and 1 mayo sachet, the other guy was to busy eating. The owner needs to send his workers on a training or replace them.

Food was cold, ribs was just a pile of burnt bones no meat, lamb was tasteless and dry. Less said about the pizza.Plus point, it arrived on time.

Food is good but staffs behavior is so straight forward and they don't bother about loyal customer.

Waited about 30 mins for two small pizzas and got the wrong toppings! Prawns instead of anchovies 🤢

Don't no why this place has so many negative reviews ,felt complied to write a review. Ordered many time, great tasty chicken, always are go to place. Sometimes is running late but nothing to extreme.

I’ve ordered through Uber Eats under the Buy 1 get 1 free menu. All was well until 45 minutes after I made my order and they had accepted it my order was cancelled without any sort of explanation. Shocking service. Absolutely do not recommend

Nice food. The food was made quickly, however it wasn't that busy. The server was nice and the chef was helpful with what was to offer. The food is cheap but the quality of food is deoesnt suffer. My order was misheard but was rectified without an issue. I would recommend eating in. This place does deliver.
