McDonald's Portsmouth - Fratton in Portsmouth

The food cost was reasonable but the portions were not very generous. The staff were polite but rushed.It's a McDonald's you get what you expect.

After a long tiring shift at work I ordered on the app from outside the restaurant. I customise my burger 🍔 and from experience, have to check it before leaving 🤞and hope it's correct? The app indicated to me that there was a potential discount available? I parked up, ordered then paid (50% discount for collection) entered to be greeted by a delightful young smiling lady who immediately handed me my well earned 🍔 which was correctly personalised‼️ I was in and out in less than 3 mins..Happy days 🎉👯‍♀️

We got there and the machines didn’t print a receipt. We were toldTo sit outside as the closed a sit in area in the cold. Rude staff. Especially the lady in the white shirt.

I order through ubereats and was very disappointing, was missing my McNuggets share box and the DIP's Sauce. The fries were cold. Will no order from there anymore.

Normally go here to eat, and have had a few issues in the past regarding being overcharged and food being cold but that had been quickly resolved and staff apologized which we appreciate, however today I was really not impressed. Food was missing from our order and when I went up to explain this, a few staff blatantly saw me waiting yet continued to carry on with what they were doing. Then when someone saw the man beside me waiting as well, they helped with him, seeming to completely ignore the fact I was there!! And they never came back to help me... (Someone else did in the end) Fully appreciate the staff member that kept our kids entertained while we waited though, just a shame some of the others were rude.

No ice creams as machine wasn't working. Thats ok, i'll have a milk shake instead. But both shakes had a funky taste to it. Not sure if it was the shake or the paper straws. Had one a couple of days before at the Waterlooville restaurant and it was fine.

There is a fingernail on my chicken. Came there for an order to take home, got my food home, opened my chicken selects and there’s a fingernail on top of my chicken. Disgusting.

Not good at all seems to be getting worse staff dont seemed fused at all with quality or if they have got your order wright even when not busy, call to complain and struggle to even get an appologie and a code for missing food which I'd have to drive across town to go get cheers then il just eat tomorrow shall I. I would say il stick to the kids happy meals but i have got a code for that aswell because they forgot to put the nuggets in, I think staff retraining right up to management required asap

A customer at home is more important than at a restaurant. The order of the guest in the restaurant is made in the end. Uber eats and the macdrive driver have priority. Pity your time - better to go for a kebab.

Tried the new triple cheese burger as the advertising looked amazing. Posters looked great in the venue and surrounding billboards. However, when I received mine I was totally shocked at the quality and the haphazard presentation. When I received it it also looked like it had a few rounds on the floor as the wrapping was not secure enough. Total disappointment. The taste was not that bad but I only had a few bite as it looked dreadful to consume.
