McDonald's in Portsmouth

After a few visits of complaining about the size of my LARGE Caramel Frappe I'd recieved I am 100% certain I've been receiving a small one after receiving a proper sized large from a different restaurant. I feel completely ripped off and I'm sure they serve a few hundred like this a day making even more profit from serving the incorrect size!! Not happy!!

Busy and well run by staff, especiallyin light of how busy they are.Just wish the delivery drivers would be a bit more respectful in their choice of where to park and to ther staff.

I placed an order through uber eats and received completely the wrong food, I rang and spoke to Alexander, who was helpful and apologetic, I reordered and he said he would personally ensure the order was correct, food arrived hot, very tasty and there was an extra little treat, plus a message on receipt from him.

Went upstairs in this reasonable sized restaurant and ordered from the machine upstairs. There was no receipt in the machine so never got one and they never replaced the paper even after we told them but its trivial. Food was tasty and the drinks were the same as every other mds but the place was clean, staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Table service wasn't an option when we went today but again its trivial so overall a decent restaurant for a quick bite that doesn't cost too much.

The people there working very hard at a very busy time but still the staff was helpful, polite and just got through the orders. My food was hot on time and well presented. I haven't collected food for a long time. Genuinely great to have a good experience. Big thank you to the kind professional staff.

Iv been going here for years but I have never felt so welcome. A particular girl Milly S was very helpful, she welcomed me in with a big smile, got everything I asked for but was also very polite and well spoken. Thank you to her for making my experience special

Out of many McDonalds we've been to this will be our favourite, the manager is great, made my daughter laugh with a magic trick, and he was welcoming and friendly! The staff were quick and welcoming.

Had a chocolate shake from McDonald. It's worth sharing the picture and leaving comment for there fantastic service.

1st , they forgot my order on top of one of their appliances, then I went down the til and asked about my order. They said oh sorry its up here!! As soon as they brought me the bag , I opened it and everything was cold. I asked for another order. They said OK. While waiting, I was monitoring, and they just changed the chips but not the burgers. When they brought me the order back. I told them to open the bag and check the burgers. It was the same burger in a disorder way. DISGUSTING!!!

Loved it!! Glad to finally get the McPlant. its definitely worth gettingRestaurant was clean.Staff were very kind, offering help with the app.
