McDonalds in Portsmouth

Out of many McDonalds we've been to this will be our favourite, the manager is great, made my daughter laugh with a magic trick, and he was welcoming and friendly! The staff were quick and welcoming.

Went upstairs in this reasonable sized restaurant and ordered from the machine upstairs. There was no receipt in the machine so never got one and they never replaced the paper even after we told them but its trivial. Food was tasty and the drinks were the same as every other mds but the place was clean, staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Table service wasn't an option when we went today but again its trivial so overall a decent restaurant for a quick bite that doesn't cost too much.

Quick table service after ordering at the kiosk, they don't use the table cards anymore so we just entered our table number instead and it worked.

Had a chocolate shake from McDonald. It's worth sharing the picture and leaving comment for there fantastic service.

1st , they forgot my order on top of one of their appliances, then I went down the til and asked about my order. They said oh sorry its up here!! As soon as they brought me the bag , I opened it and everything was cold. I asked for another order. They said OK. While waiting, I was monitoring, and they just changed the chips but not the burgers. When they brought me the order back. I told them to open the bag and check the burgers. It was the same burger in a disorder way. DISGUSTING!!!

As any other McDonald's, it serves food that tastes like, you guessed it, any other McDonald's, so that's good. Where it really excels is in service; it's always moderately busy but organised, and staff is very friendly.

Slow service. Although it was busy. I think the delivery service should be from another McDonald's or sectioned off so the restaurant can be dedicated to customers walking in for service.

Big surprise compared to lots of other McDonald's in the country. Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness on tables and in toilets. Handwash liquid filled up - I almost cried!And the food served as we ordered with all customisation, prepared on tray for eat-in.My favourite McDonald's from now!

Loved it!! Glad to finally get the McPlant. its definitely worth getting Restaurant was clean. Staff were very kind, offering help with the app.

Fast service, busy day.Didn't enjoy my hot chocolate at this outlet. Had it in Chatham, few places in London and this tasted water down as though the chocolate finished. The sweetness was less which I prefer compared to the overly sweet ones at the other McDonald's outlets.Table was not wiped after the last person ate at the table.Floor worker was a darling ensuring people get any assistance needed.
