Melted in Portsmouth

Used Melted a few times now & their toasties are delicious.

I have ordered from melted 4 times and never had a bad word to say about it! 😍The toasties are amazing! Food is always on time always hot!First order received a free brownie best brownie I have ever had! Received a free toastie on my 3rd orderToday as we received our order I dropped my milkshake in my house, managed to save half of it, But wasn’t melts fault but half an hour later I had a knock on my door and they had delivered me a fresh one free of charge!I can honestly say you will not be disappointed and you definitely have regular customers from us 😁

Their full melt never disappoints, only working up the road this week and I've had 2 already, may slip in there for a third on Friday!! Quality sausage, crispy bacon, egg, beans and cheese in the nicest toasted bread, cant go wrong! Decent cup of coffee and their brownies just hit differently! 5 stars easy :)

Always pop here when we go for a walk around holders lines! Amazing toasted sandwiches, do happy you stayed open over covid!

I contacted Melted via email hoping to order a box of Brownies for my husband for Father’s Day. Dan got back to me really quickly & let me know that they would be more than happy to box me up a selection ready to collect a few days later. The brownies are to die for, amazing qualify & a great price. You could be fooled into thinking a Brownie is just a Brownie - but that is just not so with these - They have a slight, crisp outer edge, topped with all sorts of deliciousness (Cream Egg is a must try), the middle is a gooey, melt in the mouth taste sensation (not a bitter, dark chocolate tang to be had). We live 25 miles away & there is no-one nearer that creates Brownies this good - I would highly recommend Melted for all you savoury & sweet cravings!Thank you so much you made one Dad (& Mum, oh & kids) very happy…(Damn kids, we’d rather not have had to share but apparently it’s not a good thing to teach your kids)…A⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered two milkshakes and the delivery time was superb. BUT and there's a big but, the milkshakes were absolutely disgusting. Watery foam with a lump of what I can only assume was fruit floating in the middle, before it distinguished into a puddle of slop at the bottom of my cup. Both the banana and strawberry shakes tasted of nothing. It was like drinking a cup of watery cardboard. Really disappointed and won't be ordering those again.

This place is amazing. I always order a bacon buttie, caramel shake and a homemade brownie, and they are all soo delicious. The toasties and shakes are cheap compared to other restaurants, which is great for a student like me. The delivery time is a bit long but it's worth it.Last time I ordered they forgot my shake at the store, but they went back to deliver a new one to me. To be fair, it was the wrong flavour, but most restaurants wouldn't even bother to come back so that's great customer service in my opinion.Definitely recommended.

It takes ages for the delivery guy to arrive, on Uber eats there is no minimum order but they keep rejecting everything below 16£. The delivery guy from Melted just left the order in front of the door ON TOP OF A TRASH BIN without calling or ringing the bell and I estimate it was sitting there for 40 minutes. The coffee was disgusting as it had grounds in it. The full melt toast and the brownie were good but the overall service....

I did not receive my food and no responsibility was taken whatsoever. I was told to never call and order again. I made a genuine mistake online and my food was apparently delivered to my neighbor but my neighbor came home and said he spoke to the driver and advised they had the wrong address and my food was taken away and NOT delivered or left outside the door as advised. Poor telephone manner and very unprofessional. I was even shouted at. Is that the type of customer service you deliver?? I definitely will never order from your restaurant again. All I simply requested was for my food to be re delivered. How hard is that??!!! I will be disputing your transaction.

This place is becoming a bit of a habit because the food is so good. This time I had the Tennessee toasted sandwich, sausage roll and brownie. I'm torn between this sandwich, the BBC and the Hunters Chicken now. Sausage rolls always fantastic and brownies the best I've tasted
