Nando's - Portsmouth in Portsmouth

Popped in about a week ago, and the staff said they had a technical issue with the tills, and we would have to wait a few minutes to order. They resolved the issue quickly and the food came out quickly and well cooked. Staff didn't flap at all, all very relaxed. They are a great team.

Meal out for family birthdays - 6 of us sat reasonably quickly. Staff attentive and friendly. Food excellent and staff very accommodating in bringing out a birthday cake and singing happy birthday. Great night and thank you to the Nandos Portsmouth Team x

So thought I'd try this one out since one of my kids likes it. Was a little disappointed if I'm honest. Spicy rice was spicy but not flavourful at all. Chicken seasoning was good but meat was on the dry side. Staff were good and efficient but I was a little disappointed in the food. I've had better meals and won't be going here again.

Waited 40 minutes to get seated then another 40 minutes for our food. 2hat we received was disgusting. Dry chicken and stone cold garlic bread. When speaking to the manager he couldn't care less. After asking for a refund it took him 10 minutes to bring to us. We left with a refund and no food after 2 hours wasted.If the manager doesn't care, the staff won't care and the food quality will always be rubbish. Out of the 20 + nandos restaurants we've tried in the country this one was easily the worst.

Fairly quick service (quicker than other Nandos I've been to), although glasses for our drinks weren't brought over. Asked one of the waiters who got some - seemed like it was just forgotten, no harm done. Our table (for 2) was small - you couldn't fit much more than a main with 2 sides with a drink. Food was as you'd expect for the chain, no complaints

It was our first time to ever eat at Nando's and this branch did not disappoint. We did not wait too long (5minutes tops!), plus food was amazing. Not to mention the NHS discount 😉 Will definitely visit again.

A real treat - seriously tasty chicken that was not at all dried out. The sides were excellent as well and the medium garlick peri-peri sauce on the table is to die for. Definitely a five-star experience.

Nando's never disappoint your cravings. Fast service as usual also clean.

We has to wait for around 25 minutes, then we were shown to our seats. We ordered or food on our phones as we were not allowed to move about. Unfortunately the chicken portion I was given was the wrong one as the app doesn't give you the option. They were very obliging and ordered the chicken part of my choice. There were 4 of us and the atmosphere all around was lovely. The central staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend going to this Nandos which is suitated in a lovely place. Simply beautiful!
