O'Neill's in Portsmouth

A good, quiet spot for an inexpensive Sunday brunch. Coffee’s good too. Polite and sympathetic service.

Food is good quality, but the portions are on small side for the high price. (Sharing plate is meant for 2 but size is suitable for 1).

Poor food. Had to send two out of three meals back to the kitchen. Waited an hour before we had any food. And it wasnt busy. When i complained they said they had a lot of takwaway food to get out.

Nice garden and magners and live bands

I eat at different restaurants around Albert road & always pop into O'Neill's, good service & great security...it's popular so will inevitably get very busy at times...I thank you.

Nice busy pub. Good beer, lovely food. Rump cooked perfect !!!! Not long to wait either. Definitely return.

I often go for a lunch and a drink here on a weekly basis once or twice. The staff are extremely nice. The food deal with a drink is excellent. I thoroughly recommend.

Had a few drinks and nibbles before seeing a show at the Kings. Booked a table as it was a Saturday and the rugby was on. Got there early but was ready straight away. Ordered food and drinks on the app. Was delivered to the table very promptly. Food was really nice. Friendly staff and great service. Thank you x

Came in for a pub lunch with my mum a couple of weeks ago. Was served by Zara who was lovely and very attentive. The steak was cooked perfectly and the meal was very filling and well worth the money.

Went to watch the arsenal game with my son£6.60 for a pint of Heineken and a J2O which was very reasonable. Very quick service, clean tables.We looked into renting this place when it stopped being a police station back in 1994. But instead chose three shops in the middle of Albert Road, where Costa is now. Then it became the Fuzz & Firkin.Good visit
