Food was late and when I called they hung up on me when I complained cause I wasn't happy. I understand you get busy but to have them hang up on you is not on. just plain rude.

Best food in Emsworth 👌 Chinese omelette and salt and pepper chips🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All the food is good

Good food but come on get with the modern times and start taking card payments

Had a takeaway from here last night (Friday), it was delivered a little late and we had to call to chase it up but boy was it worth the wait.One of these best Chinese takeaways we've had in a long time! Super generous porton of sesame prawn toast and tasty. I had the House Special with Mushrooms & Black Bean Sauce and it was so beautifully tasty. Hubbie had chips and curry sauce (he's boring!) and they were yummy!Next time we'll probably order midweek, hopefully they won't be as busy 🤞

Ordered last night at 6.30 with family told delivery would be around 1hr to 1hr20 max. Called at 8.10 to ask what was happening to be told he was just leaving the kitchen family left at 8.30 with no food driver turned up at 8.45 -9pm wasn’t his fault but I rejected the meal as was so late and even he said the meal was cold as he been gone for over a hour . Had brief o sorry but nothing meaningful won’t ever be using again not the 1st time had a bad meal from these but tried again and nothing so on to the next

DISASTER!!!! For starters if I could this would be a zero star review but I have to put 1 star...Ordered food at 6pm told me I was getting it at 6:50pm after an hour and a bit later we phoned to ask where our order was to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes, then when it come it was the wrong order so they asked for it back, and I said so you want the order back even with COVID happening and we had touched it too. The delivery driver put off answering my question and took away the food and told us our correct order will be with us in 10 minutes... then it got to about 7:30pm at this point so we phoned again to chase it up to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes. When it did finally turn up at 8pm the boiled rice and curry was stone cold and my sons omelette had a hair sticking out of it, we are never going back ever (THE ONLY REASON WE ORDERED FROM HERE WAS BECAUSE SUNNY GARDENS WAS SHUT)

5* food for sure. All the lower ratings are 95% down to service and waiting times. If this restaurant spent sometime getting staffing/service in place then it would be much higher rating.

Ordered tonight the prawns tasted off and noodles tasted of the prawns so let’s hope we don’t get food poisoning and the beef and mushroom was way to salty we couldn’t eat it.We have used these fir many years and do disappointed with the food tonight let’s hope we are not ill after such poor food

We ordered a couple of weeks ago and asked for no onion as I'm allergic to it. My husband collected it and we got it home, there was a lot of onion in it. So he returned it, but they gave me the wrong replacement (dry noodles instead of instead of in sauce) but, I was hungry so I ate it.Ordered again tonight, again asked for no onion. When it was delivered, sure enough full of onion. So much that I could smell it the moment I took the lid off. As it's now pretty much closing time, they're not answering the phone. My husband is attempting to return it. I will be extremely unhappy if I end up with no dinner and his is cold!

Well where do you start. My neighbour rates them so I thought I would try it out. I wish I didn't for these reasons. Placed the order on the app for delivery at 7:08, well that came and went, at 7:15 I rang the place and they couldn't tell me who had the order. 7:25 it arrived. On taking the food out the bag the salt and chilli chicken container had 5 burn holes in the lid so this was cold, the bbq spare ribs where exactly that spare of meat on the ribs and yes cold as well, my mate who's a chef, said that the sauce in which the choi mien was cooked in was burnt, after tasting it myself I have to admit it was very bitter. Would I order again, NO I WOULD NOT. Imperial place please forgive me.
