Had the best experience here tonight ☺️ it's been years since I last had a dine in visit to pizza hut which was at the Havant one before they closed.Cannot thank AJ (manager) and his team for our delicious food enough, they made our pizza with only our extra toppings which where just veggies and he personally apologized for the mistake and as a added gesture of apology he allowed us to have our original pizza plus the one they had mistakenly made along with added desserts to take home.A special mention to Jade and Emily, who were also amazing. Nothing we enquired was a problem. Both ladies had friendly approaches and smiles even though it was nearing the end of they're shifts and made sure my son was entertained with the kids colouring pack and engaged in light conversation him, my partner and myself.Thank you so much again AJ to you and your team, will definitely be back again for more delicious food, friendly staff and great service.RegardsC Parker

Haven't taken the kids to Pizza Hut, North Harbour for quite a while and they were excited to go. Upon arrival we were greeted with zero enthusiasm and lead to a table. Told we could order on an app or the waitress would be back to take our order. Had to wait 15 minutes for the waitress to return to take our order and then had to show every choice on the menu and she seemed to have never heard of pizza before. When the food arrived it was fine but the whole restaurant has seemed to lose its fun atmosphere and looked tired. Even the menus are now.on paper and give a cheap feel to the place. Probably won't return. Also the place was like an icebox. So cold we actually had goosebumps!

Absolutely brilliant, my daughter was here for a party on Saturday 30th April. We were met at the door with a warm welcome and seated immediately. Which is great service. There was loads of food ready to eat nice and hot. The place was nice, clean and open such a great seating plan. The children loved their experience too. The staff were great here and all you can eat for £7 is brilliant. I think they should advertise a lot more than they do especially on TV.(I only found out because I was in there.)

We ate here whilst staying in the nearby Premier Inn before a ferry crossing. Arrived around 8:30PM and waited around 5 minutes to get seated whilst staff milled about. We then ordered on the app as instructed and waited just over an hour for our meal. When we arrived we noticed 3 staff members front of house, one chef visible in the kitchen and someone who was maybe a manager in more casual clothes also in the kitchen. One of the servers mentioned it had been a busy day when seating us and the next thing we knew two of the front of house staff were leaving and there only seemed to be one chef in the kitchen. The remaining staff seemed to be trying to deal with both takeaway orders and customers dining in simultaneously and it was obviously too much (no slight against them, the service was good and food was OK, although slightly cold) - the issue was clearly down to staffing. We spotted our pizza was ready earlier than the sides so had to watch it sit under the heat lamps until the sides were ready too, which was about another 5 minutes. When the server brought it over to us she said (unprompted) that they could re-make the pizza if it was cold but we just wanted to eat and leave at this point - what was meant to be a quick bite to eat had turned into somewhat of an ordeal. We ordered desserts too but left after our main, who knows how long they would have taken to arrive. We could have probably complained and gotten money back but were tired and just didn't want to have to deal with it. The server appeared to be trying to avoid people as much as possible as everyone who managed to get her attention seemed to be complaining. We overheard at least 3 other tables as well as takeaway customers complaining about the wait time.

Fantastic experience. Haven't been to Pizza Hut in about ten years so didn't really know what to expect.A friend and I decided to go for pizza to celebrate some good honest uni work - when we arrived it was very quiet and we got seated straight away by very friendly staff. They asked us about allergies on the door and gave us an allergy menu after I disclosed a dairy allergy - staff were very attentive and allergy-aware. Ordering online was super quick and easy, they had an excellent range of dairy-free and vegan pizzas. Bottomless drinks were included in the deal which is excellent, especially for spicier pizzas. As someone who has worked in food industry before I know it can look quiet but be hectic behind the scenes - we honestly didn't mind waiting but the manager insisted on giving us free dessert to go due to a short wait, a very kind gesture. We will definitely be returning!

Food fine, you know what you're getting with Pizza Hut. For an early Saturday evening meal, with lots of staff working, it was pretty poor for service. Having to go and ask for cutlery is never good. 1 Dessert was never brought out and then had to ask 3 times over a 20 minute period, lots of items off the menu. Manager looked very stressed the whole time. Not sure the online ordering is that helpful to waiting staff as they asked twice to see our online order email to verify what we'd ordered. Pizza Hut is normally fine so not sure whats going on here.

Not been here for a few years. So thought I'd go for brunch with some friends. Loved it. Food served nice and hot as it should be. Staff really helpful and nothing is to much trouble. The service is great.
