Portsmouth Super Kebab in Portsmouth

Simple order could not get right then argues and blames the delivery company ( for a order that they messed up) and said to contact them for refund. Not recommended 😕

Shocking... you buy a large meal and you getting 3 bits of meat and Diluted sauce and when you phone them and question them about it they get really rude on the phone never ordering from here again

Portion size could be better other then that it's probably the best kebab I have had in Portsmouth

Don't order from here if you do check the prices it's always different

Brilliant company. Food is brilliant. Absolutely friendly staff. Amazing news about listening to our feedback. However food portion is small and would need to improve on the kebab meat. I look forward doing business with you in the future 😃

Have been a loyal customer for many years called tonight for the guy to try and charge me 19 pound for kebab and chips discrace

After my food was delivered I realised they had gave me the wrong milshake so I rang them up and the owner came onto the phone and was very aggressive and saying that it was the right milshake.Very poor ownershipOrder somewhere else waste of money her

To start off the service was absolutely beautiful and amazing tonight.I ordered a small kebab and chips and I definitely got my money’s worth as it was filled to the brim.I received my food very quickly and it was incredibly tasty.The costumer service was top notch and the person attending to me was very polite. Trying to make it perfect just how I like itI will for sure keep coming here.It’s quality is perfect.

Ordered my food, which was actually quite quick to leave the shop, which was good. But the delivery driver pulled up outside my house, I went out calling him but he never hot out his car and then drove off up the road apparently looking for my address, which he told me when he returned 28 minutes later. I then called the restaurant to let them know my food was cold to be called a liar. The staff was rude, who then went on to tell me that basically they earn nothing from just eat eat and they dont care.

Seriously giving 1 star is being generous. My partner ordered from the Just Eat app last night. When it turned up both our orders were barely warm. My partner called them to complain and, after having to give our address and post code about 20+ times, was told 2 contact Just Eat to get a refund as there was nothing they could do as the manager wasn’t in the building and hung up. When my partner called Just Eat he was told the refund would be given and there were many, many more complaints like ours.WON’T BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!
