Sea of Spice in Portsmouth

One of the better curries with have in the area. The tikka and korma weren't watery and had a good flavour. And the sides where good too.

Had an excellent meal last weekend - great portion sizes and very good value for money.

Have used this restaurant on a few occasions but our last visit was very dissapointing ,a early booking 1830 arrived on time only customers in there however it still took nearly 45 minutes for a meal to arrive no heating on and a constant stream of delivery drivers and young people coming in and out of the back door going in and out of the kitchen area deliveries obviously going out that had been ordered on food apps , the food was to its usual standard but service within the restaurant needs improving and a dedicated collection point needs to be put in place so a continually opening back door is not needed.

Ordered a meal from Sea of Spice via Uber eats this evening which we have done a number of times before. However, the meal delivered tonight which included a chicken patia and king prawn bhuna was absolutely disgusting. We usually share the mains and found our plates overflowing in oil, the chicken was dry and king prawns completely unrecognisable! All very disappointing as it was completely inedible and we could not eat it apart from the naan. It’s a shame, but we will not be ordering from Sea of Spice again.

Really good curry. One thing that I would rate highly is the order was missing some food but they did everything they could to sort it!! Brilliant staff!!
