Shake & Gril in Portsmouth

Had our 1st experience of Shake and Grill Paulsgrove tonight, (delivered) and I must say we were not disappointed. The burgers were very tasty and huge, I could not even finish mine and not a lot beats me. The fries we really nice, crispy, hot and plenty of them. We will definitely use again and would recommend.

We had burgers and quantity was good but quality wasn't. No taste and no sauces in the burgers.

I came with family and the food was pretty good. My wife and kids enjoyed the food and we will most likely come here again.

I placed delivery order few times. Some time they are very good, But not consistent. It seems they are not properly checking if all items are packet. Today they missed chips and I have to fry chips for kids. Whats the point of delivery order if you end up cooking.

I never had issues until this one. Raw meat bro, probably won’t order here again

The food was really good but the main purpose of this review is to talk about the service.I ordered a Mediterranean salad and wrote a note about how I'm having a rough day and how i'd appreciate if they could add some extra halloumi.I got the extra halloumi indeed, but I also received the cutest note wishing me to feel better soon.there was no name under the note, but I have to say it really made my day more than the food ever could :)so thank you.

Food is so tasty , you won't be dissappointed, fresh at its best and friendly service. A must go to place when I'm around the area and you must taste their oreo milkshake ..yumm 😍😍

Quick bite ?? Family day out ?? Meet up's ? Date night ?? They got you all sorted with delicious food and generous portions. Best in town when comes about Peri Peri.

Had the bacon double burger and it was remarkably average reminded me on the sort of burger you'll get from the van before kick off to a football match. Quite disappointing and rather flavourless. The chips were better most had a nice crunch to them but they did get cold extremely quickly . The shake was the best part of the meal by fair I had the cookies and cream one and it was rather nice but rather small for a ' regular ' overall have mixed feelings about this place

The establishment is clean and service is good.I had the southern fried sweet chilli chicken burger meal. The burger was more than half salad with the smallest piece of fried chicken, which was more crispy coating than chicken. Not impressed.The peri peri chicken was nicely spiced and was tender and moist.The wrap of fillet chicken was also liked and enjoyed.For the price of my burger meal I'd expect more chicken than I got.
