Really nice coffee and they had oat milk. Stunning outdoor seating area on the beach. Best way to start the morning

Definitely a beach hot spot.We popped at noon with the place still packed with breakfast crown.Very busy with families and plenty of children. It is dog friendly and few dogs indeed were enjoying the food dropped by children.Great friendly staff playing with babies and dogs while buzzing around.Needless to say, the best part is the sea views (today was grey but still great to sit next to window).Good was good (coffee, cakes, salad). You definitely pay a premium for the location but judging by the packed place at a cold winter day, it is justified.

Couldn't ask for better views from an eatery. Only had a breakfast bap which was put together very nicely. They cook to taste so be sure to let them know how crispy/well done you want your food. They were so busy we couldn't eat inside so get there early or book ahead. They could do with a better system for takeaways. The server didn't take any names so it was a free for all when the food was called out. Overall it was nice and I'd go again. Especially on a day with a nice view.

the staff here are so lovely! and the ambience is equally as welcoming and warm as their smiles - we have been here in both the summer & winter now and it is perfectly breezy in the summer and cosy in the winter (they even have some gorgeous roaring indoor fireplaces and heaters). The food is great and I would recommend legitimately all their honeycomb based hot drinks!! Do be aware there are normally quite a few pups in here so there may be some barking background noise if that is a concern for you (i think it is pretty cute tbh) but really all you can hear is the sea and the nice background chatter of other happy customers 🌊 🥐 ☕️

Really nice place to visit even winter time, as there is heating and blankets available. Delicious soup of the day. I would strongly recommend and happily return to try more things.

Great spot for good breakfast and coffee. The french toast is amazing and definitely my favourite. Varied menu to suit all dietary requirements and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will continue to visit regularly :-)

A warm welcome awaits, literally from the roaring fire as well as the staff! A perfect place to warm up, enjoy delicious food after enjoying some fresh sea air AND the best bit is you can take the pooch in too!! A water carafe is brought to your table along with a bowl for your dog too! Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious and although it doesn't break the bank, it is a tiny bit more expensive than some of the other cafes; but hey they don't have the fabulous view of the sea, so for me worth every penny.Advisable to book in high season or weekends as it's very popular with locals. Booking is easy in advance on their website.Enjoy! We certainly did!

Delicious food and lovely views across the Solent!Came with a friend and we both have various food allergies (gluten, lactose, etc.) and staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Menu has good variety available and there are different menus for breakfast and lunch.I had gluten free fish and chips with mushy peas and tartar sauce (pictured), priced at £13.50 (I think) and was very tasty!Fully wheelchair accessible, plus toilets + an accessible toilet with baby change facilities.

Visited for a coffee and cake and it didn't disappoint. We were seated in the 'snack area' outside looking into the beach. Great coffee, lovely cakes (highly recommended the carrot cake) and very nice views! Reasonably priced and staff very friendly. Would return and definitely recommend.

Great tasting food and drinks served my friendly staff. Running a late due to young children the restaurant called us to check if we still needed a table and I let them know we'd probably be an hour. They were super understanding and reserved a table for an hour's time instead. Upon arrival they were still very warm and welcoming. I ordered the chickpea fritters which was bursting with flavour, I would recommend this dish especially if your vegetarian. My wife requested a decaff iced latte and loved it so much she ordered a second. I was recommended this restaurant due to the ice cream and it didn't disappoint. I got 2 scoops salted caramel and mint choc chip and both were delicious. Wherever you sit you should be able to get a view of the beach and possibly the pier. I would definitely go back here a must if you're in Portsmouth.
