Wonderful spot for a drink in Portsmouth! The views from here are splendid - straight across the water. Perfect for watching the ferries go past.Friendly service and very reasonable prices.

We made 2 stops here on our days down in Portsmouth.Had great views of the Gosport, boats, ferries and The Spinnaker.First stop was a liquid lunch with a Guinness and a Fruity Cider.Second stop was abit more solid with the same drink withSome Dirty Fries and a Toastie.THE SPICY BAG 📷Cajun spices, Sriracha mayo, red chilli, spring onion, coriander. (Good if you like hot hot food! 🔥)THE SWEET BACON BAG 📷Smoky maple + pancetta mayo,Ayrshire dry-cured bacon.(These tasted sooo....good! 😋)GRILLED CHEESE TOASTIE 📷Toasted sourdough, béchamel, caramelised red onion

The roast dinner was amazing! Also a really nice area of Portsmouth to walk around before you choose Spice Island to eat and have a beer. Old Portsmouth is a really interesting area 👍

Very nice pub in Old Portsmouth where I had lunch. Friendly staff, quick service, nice food and reasonable prices. Outdoor seating would be lovely if it was warmer. I'll be back.

The waiters are great. Our stake had blood running out of it. My nephew's sausages was hard, he was too hungry for us to return it.Order was wrong we had to get a refund for it. The nachos were OK so was the egg royal. Nice view from the window. Was not really impressed. Service was just OK. Toilets were erm semi clean.

The view of the Gunwharf, The Spinnaker Tower, The ships Yacht and water bodies what not passing by and the cold breeze witnessing sunset. That's not all that you may find and feel around you while sipping your favorite drink in the knuckle of the Ports mouth of the Portsmouth's very own Spice Island! The word "perfect" is what it suits to describe its spot on the map. As you can spend so much gazing and never get bored, and if u happen by chance to get a spot inside the house it is always filled with fantastic crowds who are on repeat mode like us, then the interiors and the settings sets you up as well. Kids menu does have something to keep the tots busy and enjoying their time out here.Priced apt! And served hot! With the Greeneking app services you have the comfort to order from the table avoiding the Que.Overall The best. May it be as a single Soul, or a family out as a whole.
