Sprinkles Gelato Portsmouth in Portsmouth

Took what seemed forever to be served when the place was not busy. Staff were friendly. I had the asked caramel, it lacked flavour and could have been colder. I won't be rushing back in afraid.

Me and my girlfriend ordered two waffles as a collection off of Uber eats. Usually all goes well other than this time. One of the workers, sat on her phone, ignoring us by the counter as we tried to get her attention to get our collection. Luckily her supervisor was there to point out that we were there. She begrudgingly got off her phone, was eating chewing gum in a horrible fashion and if looks could kill I’d be 6ft under. The service was horrid from her and I’m surprised she has a job there at all.We also both managed to get food poisoning there.I won’t be purchasing food here again due to both incidents. Put us both off entirely

Enjoyed having a ice-cream here. Will definitely come here again. Stars are down because of the high price of a single scoop. More expensive than the sea front.

Reasonable gelato, unpleasant service.It felt like they are doing us a favour serving us. Inpatient and grumpy.Not sure I will return...Update - We did not finish one of the gelato we bought. When we went out, I decided to try Scoops Gelato shop, just the other side of the road. A welcoming smile, an excellent Gelato and much better price.

Opened late which is great for us after a shift at work. A great menu to choose from. The staff were friendly. Plenty of fruit on my crepe which for £7.50 I wasn't expecting as well as a lot of sauce. Drinks are a little pricey but the place was clean and popular with families, groups and couples.

I went to Sprinkles Gelato few days ago for the first time with my family.Two of the white shirt Ladies were very helpful with menu and durning our visit they were asking did we enjoyed our deserts and if we need anything. They even play with one of our kids 😍we had ordered a lot of different deserts and everyone was very happy with the taste and how amazing they are looking. 😍Shop was very clean and atmosphere was very nice. 😊Staff is doing very good job there.Definitely will come back there 🤩
