Subway in Portsmouth

I've eaten here 2 to 3 times and the employees were very nice, helpful and fast. Other than that is just your normal subway, not the pretties place but you know what to expect. The sandwiches were great.

There are far worse Subways. The service was well organised and polite. It was clean and tidy.

Myself and my daughter visited the commercial road store in Portsmouth today. We stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes and were completely ignored by the 2 staff behind the counter. They didn't acknowledge us at all.We left and went elsewhere for our lunch.Shocking customer service

Deyon provided some of the best customer service IV had in a while. Genuinly should be working front of house in a 5 star restaurant.

The gent who served me last week had the best manner and customer service I've experienced in a while. Was only a snack I was picking up but he set me up for my day. Thanks

I very much like subway but the opening times are wrong, I tried to place a just Eat order for the time it said it was open and it was refused with no explanation and Just Eat could not contact site. Food is always good with subway but the management need to be more on top of these things for a large company like this

I regularly use this store but not anymore. Food service is terrible from the recently new staff taken on by subway. very unhelpful. One staff member who's name tag shows "leigh" (a scottish lad) Ive now smelt and seen several times now smoking a long cannabis joint outside the shop by the bus stop on his breaks before going back into work. It's not the first time either. Others have noticed too because in the queue some students could smell it too and told him. They complained to his work colleague who just laughed and said "it's only weed "I've took photos and I'm complaining to their head office as subway seem to think this is acceptable having staff members under the influence of drugs whilst working. Subway should be ashamed of themselves.
