Cafe under a different name? Zero customer service! Full breakfast comes with tea or coffee, asked to change to a glass of water as don't drink hot drinks, the server said over and over just tea or coffee can't change, so had to buy a bottle of water, it's not the cost it's just the face they would not give out a glass of tap water! Paid top price for an average breakfast. Would never go back, no please or thank you just attitude!

Excellent choice of food and drinks and well located, managed to get seated indoors which was ideal for the windy day we were having. Will be back again to try the Veggie breakfast too. Friendly staff and hardly any waiting time as well.

Now under a different name which funnily enough isn’t even registered in company house, very strange…disappointing food, the cheapest sausages and bread you can buy. Sausages tasted nothing like meat just weird pale mush with old oil taste… Ā£4 for that? Wasnt’t worth the 20p it cost them to make completely Inedible I wouldn’t bother just go to the pub around the corner and get your food.

Came with high expectations... left still feeling hungry and having spent more that necessary for food that was sub par. Our drinks didn’t even turn up we had to cancel because they forgot!I really feel like the staff here don’t care about the people they’re serving and they’re just going through the motions. All in all I will never be returning here again.

We always visit here when we come down to southsea. So pleased it has changed hands. Very nice and helpful staff we were a family if four with two young children one in buggy, I asked the staff before we came in if it was ok for us to have a table for all of us, the young lady was fab she put two tables together for us. The service was brilliant and the food was wonderful, we will be visiting again soon and would definitely recommend here as first class food and service. Thank you for putting up with the grandchildren :) :)

We had a portion fish and chips and chicken nugget and chips. It was terrible and tasted like a bird's eye frozen meal but worse. Staff were okay not particularly friendly nor unfriendly just slightly below average. To make matters worse we were kept waiting for 30 minutes despite us being the only customers in there at the time. Definitely not worth the price either. There are plenty more food places nearby but we only went here because it had proper seating. Haven't been back since as the stalls nearby provide much better quality food for the price compared to this place.

40mins of waiting for a breakfast was a bit much so don't go here if you want a quick bite especially as it wasnt particularly busy. Toast was burnt and made soggy due to the canned tomatoes but otherwise it was ok. I am likely not to return as it was too long a wait for what is very basic food. Shame as it is a nice little spot by the seafront.

Easily 5stars! Best English Breakfast around the southsea area! Friendly staff, visited on Wednesday, and the manager was lovely, took time out of her day to make us feel welcome, will defiantly be returning, great prices too!
