Amazing, as always.....I am mind full of the fact they have lots of room upstairs, so I think I will be making an offer to move in.Genuinely excellent and from me that is praise indeed. Having worked in hospitality and consultancy for customer services. I can tell you that this place has the lot.Well done Bridge Tavern.

It's worth the journey to the edge of Old Portsmouth to have a great pint in this pub. Right on the quayside, this Fullers Pub is fabulously historic; if only walls could speak! Like all Fullers Pubs the beer is top quality (my favourite is London Pride). The authenticity of the interior is atmospheric; you can imagine the generations of Royal Navy sailors propping up the bars. The food is good and the menu is really varied. The local fresh Crab is a MUST TRY. There is parking on street in the area leading up to the pub and a party and display carpark just behind it. Good seating indoors and outside.

One of our favourites. A good range of beer and wine, food is consistently really good although we didn't eat on this occasion. Fantastic suntrap out the back. Love it.

Went to watch rugby. Its super busy with a rough and ready but friendly local crowd - seems to be mostly old divers! Bar area is small and gets crowded. Not tried food. Summer is better overlooking the harbour.

Great staff, excellent food and real ale

Really nice pub, had an amazing burger with desert. Would highly reccomend. Lovely people, modern interior. Will be going again.

If you want a real old drinking pub that is not modernised, this is it. Great atmosphere. Oh, you want to eat? Sorry but can not comment. We visited with friends but not a great experience. Might have just been on the wrong day. Could not even get deserts. All gone. Fish over cooked, potatoes inedible through over cooking. Such a shame. Only visited through rave reviews but will not hurry back. Shame mine hosts never came by the few diners to see what was what. If you do not visits such pubs then you will never know. Again, food is a personal thing. What we do not like, others might rave. 4 of us went home feeling hungry.

It's lovely place with good location and lovely atmosphere. Dogs friendly. Good drinks. We ordered few dishes: Scallops (grilled) absolutely amazing, Mediterranean platter- just ok, Haddock - recommended but grilled Turbot we had not worthy a penny, not grilled at all, cold and served with cold vegetables. 4* for staff who sorted it out and offered another dish. We ordered two fillet steak burgers and hmmm described as "med rare only" so I belive not justly for us.

Good fish & chips in the sun with a nice view of Portsmouth old harbour. The service were clearly over-stretched trying to serve more tables that they can handle, ignoring us many times, possibly trying to make up for lockdown losses…

Great pub set within the old Portsmouth harbour. Outside seating is available. Also serves good food and a great choice of beers and wines Good views of the harbour can be enjoyed in relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
