The Great Salterns Mansion Harvester in Portsmouth

Got the impression our server didn't like us. Several tables were seated after us but their orders were taken and food served long before us. We had to ask about refillable drinks and his general attitude towards us seemed off.The food, so much was "off menu" unfortunately but what we did order was good. Went to breakfast here two weeks ago and it was faultless.

Friendly and Swift service from Julie. Great meal. Nice steak. Ordered the Bird, Surf and Turf.

Quick service, friendly staff, happy to help and kept checking up on us. Would recommend coming here, even as it got busier plates were still cleared, drinks refreshed and pudding orders taken (and enjoyed!) Thanks to Mollie for great service today!

Nice big open restaurant, friendly staff very pleasant waitress Julie, food came quick and was enjoyable also the kids loved the experience and especially the deserts

We have enjoyed the meals we have ordered and eaten the last 2 nights. Julie our waitress has been very professional and attentive. She has made us feel very welcome. I would like to compliment all the staff they are a superb team. Cleaning and COVID procedures in operation and this is much appreciated Thank you

Really impressed with Phil the chef who pointed out to his server that a customer could have the bum because it is vegan. Lovely to see that he knows his kitchen and products.My server Michele was lovely as always and very attentive to her customers. Been served by her a few times and each time great service.

Served by Sam, who was very lovely indeed! Always nice food at Harvester, added bonus is the free salad bar and unlimited salad bar (bowl filled to the brim by Sam, too!).

5 stars, but the sign (outside) for disabled people needs to be in more plain sight and (disabled signs are usually blue & white, not green and white, like the Harvester signs!!) as my fiancé struggled up the front steps, only to find out that there is a lift to the left of the building that she could of used!! Otherwise it is a lovely place, we had a Sunday breakfast, serving staff were great, would recommend!!

The food was amazing quality today and thoroughly enjoyed everything from the salad to the calamari to the burger! Julie was the best waitress ever!

Great staff great food great prices oh and great views too. Have lived in pompie for 10yrs now this is the first time I've been here. That's a shame have always drove past it, but tonight I made sure to come in and I will definitely 100 percent be back so much food on menu got to try it all.
