Honestly, the worst chips I have seen.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I thought it's a restaurant so it has high standard, but it tastes like rubber, salty, obviously heated from frozen, and nothing like freshly made. The taste is disgusting really, we threw all into bin after barely eating half of them.

The Best Pizza in Portsmouth. Blows dominos away you can tell they want to satisfy every time not just throw some food together as the larger chains do. Try the loaded potato skins with anchovies SIMPLY LOVELY WELL DONE AGAIN 👏👏👏

I went to the website to order a family meal. The card transaction failed. I then proceeded to phone and place an order which I had delivered. 10 minutes later I had a call stating my order was ready for collection. I explained the situation but they bluntly said sorry we've made the order so we're not giving you a refund. Customer service was very poor to the point of being rude and aggressive. The owner actually phoned me and in a rather defensive and aggressive tone explained to me that I would not be getting a refund and that I should take it up with the card company.What differentiates good companies from bad companies is not just what they offer but also how they deal with customers when things don't go as they wished. Sadly Perfect Pizza Portsmouth was far from Perfect in that regard.

Ordered online. Pizza turned up tasting very off. It was so bad I tried to get a refund. I was told I was tasting it wrong.This has now been escalated to Portsmouth city council and the environmental health.Absolutely 0 customer service. Rude and shouty staff.

Best pizza in southsea. Cheese triangles are amazing and its buy one get one free collect. The guys who make the pizzas are very experienced and put lots of cheese on their pizzas. The base is thin and crispy, not greasey like dominos and pizzahut.
