Now I understand where these three. If we maintain a completely useless salon in which people not useful work ... This salon is a mockery. I was on sunday. One clerk with a hangover. completely detached from reality. one salesperson reprimands the customers and is replaced after 5 minutes of service by a competently non-competent "colleague". I went with one case that hadn't been settled.

Absolutely shocking in online or telephone customer service. Lied to on numerous occasions about situations being resolved. There times on fixing issues with local mast are incorrect. I switched to three and immediately faced problems with network and trying to resolve the problem. Do not go with this network they will Rob you blind from Internet money and time!

Some training is needed to the staff and maybe the correct training form management. Selling the Samsung fold 5G as being Dust and Water resistant which it isn't. Samsung Fold 3 has a water-resistance rating, there's no dust-proofing. Please dont tell potential customers it has Dust Proofing.

I am absolutely disgusted at the service I received from Three after being a loyal customer for years. If you have to move with military, do not use them as they will have you prepay a bill to close your account and then charge you again the same bill without notification.

Well, to rate the shop, I will rate it 5 stars, friendly staff, happy to help, always smiling. To rate the network, that is another matter. Poor signal quality in many locations, even in London. I have been with three for almost 7 years and they are quite poor when rewarding costumers, but overall, you need a phone, you need a contract, not much you can do or argue here. If they would improve the signal, everything should be fine.

The offers are excellent but yesterday we went to work a broadband contract for the house and after filling the contract but they did not accept the bank card even though the bank card in the UK is working but I do not know why they did not accept please solve our problem because we love dealing with 3

2nd update: Do yourself a favour: walk the extra few steps to EE next door. It turns out Three lied! Customer services said there'd be a note for a special deal, that didn't happen, I followed this up with customer services, they then started talking about terminating my account! Is this really how Three treats "valued customers"?Absolutely shocking.Update: I'm not even sure if Three have a clue what they're doing!I followed the link in the reply and quoted the reference number, and spent half hour with Robin, who is either a badly programmed AI or someone without a clue on what they're doing. Could be either. Eventually Robin transferred me to another AI or clueless person, who seemed intent on selling me a new phone and ignoring the purpose of my visit. They finished up (once they realized no, I'm not buying something I've never seen before) by telling me there'll be a note left to ensure I get a special deal.Then I went to the store. I chatted with Lucy, who did her job professionally and commendably, she deserves a pat on the back. She helped me pick a phone out, but (and this I don't blame her for) - no special deal. I know because I read the tariffs before settling on anything, and I got exactly what I would have got anyway.So, plus point: Lucy did good, thank you.Minus point: what was the point in directing me to Threes' online "help"? They had no idea, at all, what was going on. Is Three TRYING to drive customers away?Minus point: why indicate there'll be a special deal and then don't deliver? Why the head games? Don't lie to your customers. You only are in business because your customers stay with you. But this whole sorry fiasco? What are you trying to do, Three???-----Went by mistake to the EE shop next door, got greeted instantly and advised by a very helpful and enthusiastic sales person. He realized quickly that I am actually a Three customer and was in the wrong shop. So I popped into the Three store to be ignored by three bored and uninterested sales persons who were propping up the wall and having a natter. Yes it's nice to browse phones without interruption but I was there specifically to get advice and guidance. I went from phone to phone trying to figure them out, and after ten minutes of being completely ignored I left the store, rather disappointed and disgruntled. Maybe I should switch to EE?

Was asked whether I needed help once I walked into the store. Mobile contract was done very quickly with friendly talkative staff. Nice clean looking store, can't complain!

As the only company to offer payg unlimited here in the UK, Three is most definitely worth the money. This location was very helpful and answered my questions. Most importantly did not try to push a sale on to me.

I went with 3 mobile on impulse after my complete frustration with my previous provider & I'm so glad that I have.I have a sim only deal with them but when I bought a new phone (not from 3) they trimmed down my sim card & set it all up for me. Even more impressive they always remember me. Definitely the best customer service from any mobile shop in Portsmouth
