Jenny gave us an amazing service today. I've been in before but my boyfriend's family hadn't. We were offered loads of sample flavours of hot chocolate. She was really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming in again!

Large variety of tea and coffee. Beautiful mags and tin cans for storing. Very kind employees! Excellent service!

Bought some different flavoured hot chocolate as they had a sale on the raspberry ripple is gorgeous 😍, I also got peanut butter and the special edition toffee popcorn, I will be getting a bigger tins next time, lots of different teas and coffees to choose from if you fancy something different or looking for gifts for anyone, also some really cute alice in wonderland gifts

Excellent variety of teas, instant teas, coffee grounds and beans.Staff was really keen on explaining me everything about their product varieties so I could make the best purchase based off my tastes.You can find both high quality leaf tea, as well as tea bags, as well as quality fresh coffee grounds or beans, which can be ground on-the-spot for your desired coffee coarseness (e.g. for turkish coffee, or press coffee).After my purchase, staff offered me free samples of teabags, one of their instant tea, and one espresso shot of one of their medium-dark roast coffees.Overall a 10/10 experience for such a shop.

Waited 4 -5 minutes to be served as staff were chatting, only 2 other customers in the store and 3 members of staff, none of which were on the till. Despite this , staff were friendly and polite and they sell great coffee.

Came in to buy a birthday present and only wanted 1 or 2 tubs of hot chocolate, i was told at the till i needed to buy 4. Not wanting to buy 4 i still looked at the smaller multipacks to see if i could get something similar.The staff were unhelpful and just repeatedly said its because it's an outlet store. There is no other outlet store in Gunwharf that has to sell their product in bulk. I walked out empty handed and very disappointed.

It was really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I go there all the time as hot chocolates are excellent both taste wise and value for money especially the 6 for £25. I would recommend visiting as they are great for Christmas presents and they have good deals on Alice in wonderland merchandise.
