Zizzi - Port Solent in Portsmouth

We love ziti but Why and that is big Why ,they don’t give you enough chicken in your risotto and my Dells Bella food ,I mean I kept searching for it but only very few small chickens,rest was pasta .

1st time at Zizzi Port Solent and was really impressed. The food was great as always at a Zizzi but the service was great. You felt welcomed and you didn't feel like the staff would have preferred it if you didn't eat there like some places. There wasn't a long waiting time to get your food and could use the taste card which was a bonus. Will definitely be back when I need my goats cheese pizza fix 😋

Food rating, not a service one. What has happened to Zizzi’s? First time back in years and the food was awful, ordered the chicken pasta and it was completely flavourless with pre cooked chicken squares you’d expect in a Subway sandwich. Service was very good but just bland food!

I’m not one to write reviews but this was actually the worse restaurant experience that I have ever had ! The menu was very limited and overpriced based on the quality of food + service that you receive. I ordered the chicken (which is that photo - and £15), it tasted rubbery with the standard of food below icelands budget frozen section. Maybe if they kept the lights on throughout your meal instead of turning them completely off for birthdays every 5 minutes, the chefs may be able to see what they’re making ! We left hungry and annoyed, honestly Ramsey would be flipping tables there. Save your money people and just go to McDonalds or something…

We have been here many times, lovely view atmosphere and really attentive staff. Food is good, vegan options need some work, the vegan cheese is tasteless. But won't stop us going!

Enjoyed a lovely meal at Zizzi's Port Solent last night. Service and food excellent - really enjoyed the Green on Green pizza which was absolutely delicious. My daughter's pasta dish was superb too. Staff so helpful, lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean and would definitely recommend and go again

The last two times we have been here have been awful. The service is SO slow, garlic bread was burnt and one of the waitresses with blonde hair is incredibly rude. This was on both times so unfortunately it is a problem with the place rather then a one off. Will never eat in here again.

The food was delicious and there was so much choice for many dietary needs. Really good gluten free pizza but sadly the service was pretty slack. We waited an hour for any sort of food to come out, then the starters and mains arrived all together. No one cleared the table for us at any point and it really didn't seem very busy so I'm not sure why the service was slow. I would go back and would recommend as the food was so good, but be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Came here for lunch and had a really enjoyable #vegan pizza with #jackfruit and a vegetarian option. The service was quick even though the restaurant was quite busy. There was a very small queue and customers were being shown to their tables. There was a track and trace QR code at the entrance as well as hand sanitiser that used a foot pedal to dispense it. Payment was contactless only, the menus were made from 100% recycled paper and were disposed of afterwards. All in all very pleased with the whole experience and plan to return again soon.

Good fast service, the food is very tasty although they quite often run out of certain dishes. One visit they didn't even have any sprite(lemonade). Despite this there is a nice atmosphere and cheerful staff.
