Zizzi - Portsmouth in Portsmouth

I love the food at zizzis and normally the staff are so nice, but last night a member of staff got annoyed at me when I was explaining my gluten intolerance. I can handle some bread but I cannot handle pasta so I got gluten free pasta. When I tried to order garlic bread he moaned about how I don’t have an allergy and how I shouldn’t say it’s an allergy. I never said it was an allergy I only asked for the gluten free menu and they assumed it was an allergy. I’ve never had somebody moan at me and be rude about my personal preference on food it made me and my friends uncomfortable.

The food was good, well made and the menu had a great selection. We were given a free pot of pasta crisps to eat before our food arrived. Portion sizes were aslo very generous and we'll priced.Allergy options were well explained and extra ingredients lists were provided without even asking.

Eden restaurant were too disinterested or lazy or just incredibly badly managed when we were there and deserved 0 stars on every count so we went down to Zizzi.Immediate attention, assistance, and happiness as we were taken to a table by the waterside. Quick service, great interaction, enthusiasm and obvious pride in her job our server treated like we were the only guests there.Fabulous food, drink, atmosphere and value.10/10 all round

One of the best Zizzi's we have ever been!Very busy, but the staff was all over it giving amazing service.A shout our to the guy who looked after our table! (Sorry don't know your name)All the food was on point well worth the money.

It was an amazing experience at Zizi Gunwharf …great customer service, a wonderful view from the restaurant, super delicious food…loved everything about it..will return again…

Martin has always served me an my partner. the food / drink has always been 🤩 exquisite always a little expensive but definitely worth it for the amount and service and always happy to give a tip! If you’re attending this restaurant keep a eye out for him as he gives a brilliant service. Will keep attending as always

Food was good as usual with Zizzi restaurants. Decent size and tasted yummy. The staff and service also good.

The Burrata Caprese looked really good and healthy and tasted nice. I went with the Meat Sofia Pizza and it was ok but wasn't the right choice, didn't enjoy it that much, but I'm sure I would have enjoyed another one of their pizzas. Staff was nice and friendly, quick service.

Food was amazing and service was really quick! All fat and full now.. the staff were fantastic! Was a great all round evening at the restaurant! Would recommend to everyone!

As usual the food is excellent. The lasagne is delicious and I had the calzone pizza with salami, mushrooms and spinach. The Honeycomb cheesecake is to die for with pouring cream. Top class food wherever you go in the UK with Zizzi
