Burger King in Reading

BURGER KING makes best burgers ever. Prices are also great. Drinks mixing machines are something amazing. Only weird thing is that every time I enter their restaurant I have feeling they're preparing to close the business. Here that feeling was stronger then in other places.

Had the double bbq burger and fries for 2.99 Not much bbq flavour and the burger repeated on me for the rest of the day. It was cheap but not something to try again

Awful. Good selection of mains but everything else was missing. No hot drinks, shakes, or soft drinks.. oversalted fries, and most of the advertised sides not in stock. The burger wasn't good enough to cover the rest of the rubbish service.

I don’t like to badmouth anyone but this is disgraceful and I want to make others aware.I have just got off the phone with Deliveroo from my FIRST and last order that I placed earlier tonight and I am DISGUSTED. This branch had the audacity to reject my re delivery attempt because the driver -Anjum alongside whoever I spoke to cannot do there pathetic jobs properly. Whoever I spoke to on the phone needs the sack. RESULT: A very angry, let down customer who has just paid for someone else’s food! GREAT JOB BURGER KING.

Slight queue, as only one person taking orders at the counter. However, if I was paying by card I could have easily ordered on the numerous touchscreen self-service ordering devices. The staff member who took my order was very friendly, service was reasonably prompt, well within what I would expect for the time of day.

Burgers are top quality! With fresh ingredients and good quality meat. 4 stars only for ketchup and mayo in the bags which is evil invention 😁

I nipped in for a breakfast, the meal deal on a ultimate breakfast was a bit weird preferred more than a roll with a fizzy drink. But I also guess thing have changed with coving like getting your own drink, also what's a Mezzo?? Lemonade and coke.

Clean and service was with a smile and quick. Vegan options are epic. The vegan nugets are a solid 9/10!

Not keen on fast food shops but definitely this one has a good customer service. Some of the cashiers could do been louder as it's a very loud place and my girlfriend is deaf!

Had my first Burger King in a long time. I visited the Broad Street restaurant and despite Covid restrictions and what looked like a refurbishment underway the visit was very positive. The staff were friendly, professional & efficient. More importantly the food was great
