Chicken Base in Reading

Chicken wings were disgusting, the place looked dirty and the guy selling it didn't look hygienic too. I should have walked out the second I walked in.

Horrid, undercooked chicken. I will never return here again as staff are very rude and disrespectful. Truly awful place that stinks.

Dry and tastless never again disappointing waist of money

This review is for customers who order on the phone. I ordered pizza almost an hour and a half ago. When the Pizza arrived it was cold. When I ring the store the person on the phone hung up.

Tried before and it was absolutely filthy food,Thought to try again as it is a late Night Opener and now I have come to the conclusion they do not cater for normal humans who like to eat clean food but for people who are not in this planet who can't taste or see what they are pumping out to Good paying customer!Seriously just a Toast with Tea and save the few quid for a better place then giving your hard earned cash to this place.Never going back there again and thats for sure .

Missing everything from the order apart from the dry smelly chickens which wasn't edible. I called the shop and tried to find out what happened with the order but the guy over the phone told me that driver is on its way with missing items without even asking me any questions about my order. Driver never turned up and order was missing the chips drinks sauces which I paid extra or any napkins or cutlery which I specially requested.

Soo rude the person in the blue shirt working at the grill with white hair he was extremely rude started telling me that your order is not wrong when it was clearly wrong and he gave me the wrong pizza,Then you've got customers saying that these lot take the piss all the time and have ruined our orders in the past,Ita shocking that you can have such arrogant people in the world rushing your order and messing it up and then arguing because they cba to make the order again and correct it.I don't reccomend this place at all, firstly its not clean and looks horrible and dirty, the counter was soo sticky and had used tissue lying aroundThen you get the arrogant staff members.

This was the worst experience possible disgusting,The hygiene is disgraceful got people working with long hair and long nails and their not even wearing anything to cover upI ordered a chicken burger meal and the chips tasted like they were fried over and over again.You've got the staff members at reception that answer the call and they just rush you and don't take your order down properly and then end up saying sorry were really busy after messing up my orderThe foods off the hygiene is awful some1 needs to sort this place out and the staff members

Not very clean, we had the masala fish and the guy serving us didn’t know if it was cod or not.
