Chow Asian Kitchen in Reading

Was charged, £6.75 for a tablespoon of vegetables in a curry sauce, also ordered some gyoza's, which were placed on top. Ate the Gyoza's abd saw there was only a tablespoon of vegetables, asked if I could get more vegetables and the new person serving said I obviously ate some, I ate the gyoza's and had done so in less than a minute. He was willing to refund me but refused to give more vegetables instead, saying it was the mix. The gyoza's were nice and he did refund, bit wasted my time with stingy portions.

Great Red Thai curry, would 100% eat again.

For motorway service station food this isn't too bad. We had the green Thai curry veg with rice. Tasty enough, filling enough, rice was a little stodgy but ok.

I had the red Thai vegetable curry & rice with prawn dumplings it was so delicious I loved it...

I believe that Teriyaki Sauce is not supposed to be hot, but at Chow Asian Food at Reading Services the Sweet Chili Teriyaki Chicken is quite hot. Not so hot that I couldn't eat it, but I would prefer it milder. But I guess it's because most English people like hot Asian food.The Duck in Hoisin Sauce - which our son had - wasn't that bad at all.

Normally me and colleagues love a katsu curry from here with noodles! But we feel we've been let down as they used to fill us up when large came in the tubs. But came here today and now the large is alot smaller :( we left still hungry.

We bought lunch from here on Monday 4 February. The man behind the counter was extremely unhelpful to an elderly man that asked a simple question. I end up helping the man as the guy behind the counter had a face of don't ask me a stupid question. It is totally unacceptable to treat people like that. On another note, if you advertise a vegetable curry, please add some vegetables in there and not just a few left over carrot bits.

Very pricy for the chewy noodles and extremely salty sauce!! Chicken was tasty but overall very disappointing. Also, the side duck springrolls were tiny and only luke warm and way overpriced!! On the road for 10 min and already looking for the next Services!😬

At least a decent Asian food offering at a service station. We stopped for Green Thai curry and the Katsu. Both meals very tasty and filling. Excellent value for money and a nice alternative to BK or KFC

We were going to eat next door as we didn’t fancy Asian food, but the place next foor had nothing vegetarian. Chow had 2 veggie curries or you could get noodles and 3 different veggie sides, or a veggie sushi selection.The man working there was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.
