Excellent coffee (and perhaps the best in Reading) and brilliant service every time at Coffee Under Pressure. Lovely seating area too with an industrial feel about it. Definitely my favourite place for a caffeine fix in town.

Friendly staff, excellent coffee, a generally great experience. I had the Thai guest coffee as a V60 and it was gorgeous. The view of the minster sitting outside is also quite nice.

Excellent quality boutique style coffee. Perfect Long Black which is a rarity in this part of the UK where they mostly try and distract with ambience and food. Well balanced and service was good

The smell of the coffee and the pastries are mouthwateringly good. I tried their lattes, and Americanos each hit in the right spot. Their chocolate tahini biscuit is a must try, and you won't regret it. It is one of the best specialty coffee shops in reading.

This is my favourite coffee shop in reading and personally the best in the area. The manager Dan is the nicest guy and will always cater to your needs and always help make your coffee and experience to the highest standard!. All of the staff are lovely too and are so friendly, they always work to high standards and make the experience amazing!. Would highly recommend!

An independent coffee shop well worth a visit. The food is well presented and delicious. The service is a tad slow so if pushed for time avoid. Nevertheless the quality is well worth it.The selection of blends of both tea and coffee is expansive and the friendly and polite staff are capable of making a range of drinks.Seating is available but limited.

Nice location with a view of the historic St. Mary's Church in downtown Reading. Close walk to the train station. The coffee was decent, cake was overpriced and too sweet, and the smokers plooms from outside get swiftly swept right into the cafe to the displeasure of all within the cafe.
