Excellent food and service, would highly recommend

First Indian restaurant we tried in UK based on mixed reviews but it was not at all Indian taste. All veg curries are nothing but boiled potatoes. Paneer tikka masala was deep fried paneer pieces dipped into tomato sauce. Only thing I found which was like India was roti. Not sure about non veg items but this place is not good for Indian vegetarians for sure.

I really thought I’d found a decent curry houseUsed them often for my usual until tonight.The saag aloo was made with yesterday’s roast potatoes. You know when they’re squashy like rubber. I had one bite and that was it. The rice was dry and hard in places. One mouth full of that too. Not a good sign of quality at all. Quite insulting and a sign there may be issues of finance forcing them to reuse food scheduled for the bin. What else do they save money on?For the sake of saving money and re using some potatoes. Was it worth saving 50p?quality & Customer satisfaction is everything in a restaurant.I won’t be using them again..

Excellent food.good choices. Very polite service. Been newly refurbished so can dine in which I can recommend.

We enjoyed a super meal.here. Restaurant was set up nicely and gentleman serving us was very polite. Meal was absolutely delicious. We ate our poppadoms and starters in the restaurant but as our son was so tired we asked if the main meal could be made takeaway, everything was packed and they even thought to give us cutlery. If we are ever back this way again we would happily purchase from here again. A little gem

Food was ok, portions ridiculously small. We ordered a mix grill, first portion was small , second portion we ordered the kebab was cut into the tiniest pieces. Lamb was under cooked. Chicken in mix grill had Zero seasoning, looked terrible, texture of the meat seemed undercooked.Portions was really small, tandoori fish was cut again into the smallest pieces.Sauces and chutney was good. Restaurant looked clean. Nan bread was the best.Deserts, oh dear, don't order, Seemed weird texture, Stale horrid fridge taste.

What a horrible experience yesterday night. I ordered my food for my 2 children and wife at 8.45pm. We was told it would be 30-45 minutes wait for delivery as a maximum. 1 hour and 30 minutes later we still havent had any food. After 2/3 calls to the restaurant i finally get an answer, that the driver is has left and will be with me very shortly. (The driver arrived 20 minutes later) so when he arrived we thought finally!Guess what we got had some of our order missing so we couldn’t even have our dinner!!!!At 11pm we finally got all our food.What a shambles! Food was ok but to be honest waiting for hours and putting the kids to bed hungry isnt what we were looking for.AVOID!

Ordered butter chicken which was very sweet. Asked the waiter who was at the counter to help us to order something which is not sweet he claims that butter chicken is a sweet dish. Instead of listening to what we want he was trying to argue that butter chicken is an Indian dish which is always sweet. I can understand the variation in taste. But what we were concerned was the customer care. So we had to ask for the bill instead of ordering more as he was interested in giving us lecture on how butter chicken tastes like.

My family of four stopped in for dinner this evening, and we all came away very pleased. The prices were reasonable, the portions a good dinner size, and our food was delicious. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and even made a small sample of a dish that I'd asked about. Definitely give this restaurant (or takeaway) a try!
