Domino's Pizza in Reading

Absolutely terrible service. App says the food is out for delivery 20 minutes ago, called the store they told me to wait another 20 minutes. Food was cold when it came seems like they re heated someone else’s order. If you want rubbish food and long delivery times come to this dominos. Literally the worst

Awful, from staff to pizza. Avoid at all cost

Absolutely disgusting how they speak to you rude was told to come down and collect and leave a little one upstairs on the own when tried to phone to speak to a manager was lied to then told no one available then put the phone down totally out of order I will be contacting head office

Dry pizza and when phoned up the staff was rude and refused a refund. I then asked to speak to a manager and the person over the phone lied to me and told me he was a manger. Total disrespect for their customers

This dominos was great. Customer service from Mandy was amazing and quick, definitely will be coming back.

Consistency with Dominoes is guaranteed.I am basing my review on never ever ordering delivery, no pizza place ever delivers hot.However, collection is always on point - We customise our orders and they are accurate all the time using their app.No issues whatsoever.

They Delivered cold pizzaDriver marked delivery as being delivered on app and he was not even here and it had not been delivered. Called the store asking about my order and the guy calls me a liar and hangs up. Told me to come get the delivery from the car. Are customers meant to go hunting for delivery driver or is delivery driver meant to deliver food to someone’s door? Terrible service all round.

Awful. Pizza delivery was showing as delivered for over an hour before it had, called and was put on hold 3 times which they never came back. Eventually the pizza's arrived, cold and with the wrong toppings, the veggie pizza had meat on it and the second pizza was half coated in toppings and half margarita.

Bad staff. Pizza arrived cold because it took so long to deliver it. They refused that it was their fault and that it arrived on time and it should have been hot. Handled badly by staff and nothing was done as a result of it.
