The reviews are all true, should have checked the reviews before ordering. The food arrived on time and was warm, but the good things ends there. The meat smelled a bit funny (not as expected), noodles was too salty, onions, onions and a lot of onions. Unfortunately, had to bin it. Sorry to put such a bad review, but it was the worst takeaway I have had in a while. Occasionally we get an item or two that may not taste as expected, but never all the items.

Absolutely disgusting service and food!But please do not worry…they have plenty of onions! All the food we ordered was more uncooked onions than meat, the crispy noodles weren’t crispy at all and the food was lacking taste overall. Wish I would have read the reviews on Google before ordering on Uber.Never again! Can’t even get a refund for the disgusting excuse for food that we received!

Highly recommend this take away restaurant for everyone, very friendly staff, helpful, best of the best delivery drivers, fast and friendly, cooking well. Always get very tasty food.

This place I’m going to report to environmental health! Jasmine takeaway was hand written on a piece of paper and stuck on the window! The food was handed to us by someone in the back of a convenient store! No signs of hygienic cooking or even a takeaway. And the food was shocking. Prawn toast was off, it was so evidently dangerous to eat we binned it.

Never ever more at any price This restaurant can poison you . I have traveled to town to return all take away food .

We ordered a take away/delivery from here tonight for the first time. Food was absolutely disgusting. Tasteless, minimal portions, smelt foul, missing items and did not want to risk eating, so went straight in the bin. Not even fit for the dog. When trying to contact them, there was no response. Will never order from their again. Would prefer not to put any star ratings but it wont let me continue without putting one.

The order was scheduled to take just over one hour to be delivered. We were surprised when the order arrived after only 20 minutes.When we served up the dishes, we could see how they were so quick making it. We ordered 3 dishes for just under 20 pounds. That's expensive in this area!The Malaysian Style (Masaman) beef curry with Coconut Milk. A few strips of very chewy beef and loads of mushrooms. Very poor.The Special Fried Rice, BBQ Pork, Chicken & Shrimps was an absolute disgrace. We even took a picture of it! The portion was tiny, there was hardly any of the main ingredients and there were no spices at all - It was like they forgot to put them in! It was basically boiled rice with some food scraps thrown in!The Stir Fried Mixed Vegetable was swimming in sauce and not what we expected. Actually, it tasted like it had been cooked the day before.Definitely not ordering from Jasmine Garden again and advising friends to also avoid.

The worst meal I had in my entire life. I ordered Veggie noodles but there was no veggies except for the bunch of onions. Additionally, noodles were not even cooked properly! Had to literally throw it away.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst take away experiences of my life. Ordered Pad Thai arrived with no sauce (ie plain noodles with a a pathetic serving of old vegetables). 'Spring rolls' with more bread than anything else' and for £46 ... hopefully you get the idea. Stay away. Not sure how any restaurant gets away with serving this. We threw our order out.

Took over 95 minutes to arrive after we made the order!Told it would arrive at 8, then revised to 8:20 and then 8:30. Didn't arrive till 8:45pm.We believe the driver was out for over an hour but were told issue was with the Chefs! As a result the chips were cold and soggy, the chow mein was stone cold and the noodles were completely uncooked and devoid of moisture! For comparison, most likely similar to attempting to eat 18p ALDI noodles straight from the packet!If I had eaten inside the restaurant and had been served the meal in this state I would have refused to pay!Not worth the long wait or the money.Housemate also very disappointed!Just Eat reviews are slightly misleading...
