Kfc in Reading

on Sunday I was in KFC the food I ordered was cold and stale. The service was very unpleasant when I noticed that my food was cold and not fresh ... I think someone should check the of the products delivered to the customer and take care of the cleanliness of the premises

Staff was nice, food was niceNot the staffs fault but the diliveroo/just eat ect drivers are so rude, watched one literally shove a lady out of the way to reach the counter before her. They all jus mill about at the counter shouting into their phones, customers in store cant get pass them to get their orders.

Garbage, I mean look at the state. It was a regular piece of chicken in a breadbun. Ordered a water and was told they ran out so had to give me sparkling. The opposite of still. Kinf of funny how bad this is, oh well, might aswell eat it seeing as I've paid for it 😅😅

Severely unhappy that there were no accessible toilets available. I appreciate the lift was out of order but there were no signs out stating this anywhere so I was only made aware after finding a member of staff to ask and had to cancel my order in order to go elsewhere for the facilities.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff. I’ve ordered the food along with my friend we received the order. Everything was cold from Fries to Burger and when we requested for fresh they took rudely and reheated on microwave and returned the same package to us.

This is the second time I visited with my family and frankly the service got more worsed than before. Saturday evening and out of wings already, rude staff and when ask about any item, the only answer get was check the ordering machine.Fries 🍟 were over cooked, when questioned they said its perfect and that's what they should be like.Probably need more training specially on customer service

I went yesterday to get take away there was only one lady with hijab over the counter first of all she was speaking so slow and i had to ask again what she was saying and her energy level was completely down seems like she is hating her job and not interested in customers as the customers are idiots they are standing in front of you and buying food. Secondly I asked for take away and she prepared the food in trays when I said my order was take away not dine in again her mood was completely off. Lastly when she and her other lady colleague were packing my food to take away they were dropping the fries on the counter while pouring into bag and they dumped that fries away in the bin under the counter I was like you must be giving me extra fries as you have dropped and binned some of my fries which i have paid for she starts arguing and saying it was only one or two fries. Thats silly I was looking it was a lot of fries she binned. I was in hurry and the order was late I didn’t had time to stay there and argue with her to ask what’s her problem? I’m writing this review because I’m completely not happy with the service also she didn’t gave me the receipt of my order what I ordered she only gave me a blank white paper and wrote my order number with pen #4111 I was completely shocked as is it real? I’m in KFC for god sake not in a cheap newly opened take away. COME ON KFC WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU??

Consistent and always good for a fried chicken fix. There sauces are great too - garlic mayo and supercharger.

order chicken fillet burger with just cold bun and chips were totally raw. Waste of money and time .

Inconsistent service, getting orders wrong. Staff is always rushing you to order as if they have limited time. This location needs customer service training. We still visit for the love of Colonel ha
