McDonald's in Reading

A good place to eat fast foods. The service is good and fast and the place is reasonably kept clean. Unfortunately, the waste bin was full and was not emptied in-spite of a staff clearing the tables on the floor.

This is a good sized McDonald's, Mainly selling fast food, and some healthy snacks.In the heart on Reading's Friar Street. This restrant is split over two floors, and has plenty of seating available.With 6 full sized self serving screens, it is very quick and easy to order and pay.Staff are friendly and appreciable, and will carry tray for you if asked.

I understand that mcdonald's can be busy but they should still be able to double check orders and make sure there right. And plus people who are making the drinks or food shouldn't be making 3-5 at a time or the person handing out the food might get mixed up and plus it wasn't even busy today. They keep giving me regulars when I order large that is unacceptable and they won't even pick up there calls when what useless people mam

I was too drunk to remember it. I spent £13 and took this photo. That's all I know. They clearly let me bring my own drink in with me.

Came in here because our train to Bristol was cancelled. The place is clean and friendly, and they blast string quartet music over the speakers. We walked in grumpy and cold, we departed in a high-spirited and lordly manner. Top choice old bean!

Not enough seats downstairs for parents with buggys. It's pretty small for the amount of business, considering it's in the middle of the town centre. Other than that staff are lovely.

Customer service getting worse. I clearly ordered veg burgers with salad n counter staff took chicken burger order accidentally. When I reminded I am vegetarian, she told I would get veg burgers when It get ready. When I checked the take away bag it was still Chicken burger and later they swapped with veg. But later realised dressing was missing. Every time bags needs to be checked because they always miss dressing, plastic cutlery or tissues.

Worker didn’t let me and the girls upstairs and caused chaos, was rude and denial. Also wouldn’t give me a reason to not let me upstairs whilst there was other people up there. Was still letting people up after we had asked and was laughing at us. I do not understand why we couldn’t go up as we were very polite and nice. Would like a reason to why we were not allowed up as this seemed very unfair and rude. Please sack this horrible worker as it would get you a higher star rating and more customers would enter which obviously means more money xoxo. Many thanks xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo I have now found out the name of this woman she’s called Heidi, horrible service, very rude and I demand she’s sacked.

Ordered two burgers one large fries and 4 apple pies for the kids, and everything was ready in a couple of minutes except the apple pies as they had to cook them, 10 minutes later I finally get the order and they seemed upset that I wanted fresh fries and not the ones that were sweating away in the bag for over 10 mins. Poor service.

I wonder how I got served on Wednesday evening the 29th October a triple cheeseburger with no meat at all!! Keep up the good work guys!!
