Very nice veggie breakfast best in town and most cheapest plus table service

Most drink facilities not working and no signs to say so. Food takes a long time to come without being told theres a wait. Most of the meals on the menu they dont have. Kids dont eat free as they state. Gone downhill yet again.

I buy groceries from Morrison’s regularly, however I thought I would try the cafe with my family, and I can honestly say that I regret it.Firstly I had to wait for a while at the till, then I looked to find someone to call to the till. Eventually I found a college who took my order & told me that kids eat free. However, The Kids eat free if an adult spends over £5.. is NOT TRUE!!!The staff told me to wait at the table for the manager to give me a refund for the children’s meal.. that didn’t happen. The manager turned up and said even though my jacket potato meal is over £6, it somehow doesn’t qualify for kids eat free. The staff had no idea.. the small print didn’t state it at all... it would have been nice to be told BEFORE I ordered. The staff needs to be trained. The Menu needs to be less ambiguous. The food needs to arrive quicker. It is not value for money at all- a small plate of jacket pototo, little bit of cheese and a tiny pot of beans. Instead buy potato’s, beans and cheese from Morrison’s groceries, and make it at home yourself.Nice of you to exploit parents of young children Looking for value for money.I did not enjoy the experience, I will not be coming again and do not recommend to friends and family.

A very convenient eatery and cafe within the Morrison supermarket but there were no staffs present at the coffee shop one Monday lunch time. So was the case in the restaurant but just one cashier on the till.We self-ordered the lunch on the screen that was fast and accurate but some items on the menu were not available. One item on our order was soup and bap but the soup came just lukewarm and the waitress told us there were no baps available so it was substituted with two pieces of bread! Wry poor indeed.

A cheap place to go to for food and coffee, both in itself of decent quality, it still comes out worse than other places in the same price range.Having come here several times over time, without failure, the phrase I and other patrons seem to hear the most is, on requesting a variety of dishes, "We've run out of X". You get offered replacement ingredients but the dish itself would not be the same (think Eggs Benedict without Hollandaise sauce or vegetarian breakfast without vegetarian sausages).I pity the employees as they have a distraught look in their faces when telling us this, like it's going to be one more of "those days" (not to their fault).Overall, the reason to come here is mainly because there is no other option in this spending bracket in this area of town.

Rubbish service, coffee machine not working who ever the restaurant manager is he or she should be sacked, food not up to much at all no butter for toast even though we asked, staff similar to characters from the film zoo Tropolis, yes sloths, coffee very poor

Good food but shocking service. Waited an hour for someone to come out to tell me that the food I ordered wasn't in stock so they would replace. Had to wait again for them to bring the food out. Tables were piled high with no one cleaning. It's a shame as the food is great.

You get what you pay for here. ÂŁ4.80 for the big breakfast. Food was clean and decent enough. They had run out of hash browns, only mentioned once paid. It was highlighted that there was a freezer full within a one minute walk. Not sure if the penny dropped.

The breakfasts are pretty good and good value too, but the wait times are totally unacceptable, 45 mins in my case. They were bringing out food at the rate of 1 meal every 5 mins, not great when you can see 10 other tables waiting.

Well we probably won't eat here again. We used the self service machine only to discover the food we had paid for did not exist. No sandwiches left at 12.30pm ! We were told just to pick up whatever there was left. That was a dry ham sandwich. Such a shame because the staff on the main shop floor were really nice.
