Don’t get fooled by the name. You won’t find baguettes here. They only make and sell sandwiches. English sandwiches. They say “baguette”, they mean sandwich on a white roll.

Love this place, fresh ingredients and some great vegetarian and vegan options - highly recommend the falafel and hummus!

Glad I popped in went for the peri peri chicken asked if want the yogurt sauce. Well worth the decision. Super tasty would definitely recommend friendly service very helpful. Clean and tidy.

The likes of Gregg's and Subway seem to have killed off the once popular sandwich and baguette shop with their well marketed inferior offerings! So thank heavens for this place. Good choice of tasty fillings and extras and you don't feel like your turning obese with every bite as with those other 2 shops mentioned!Slightly pricey (not Subway pricey) but money well spent.

Saturday afternoon my wife and I decided to go to Pierre’s baguettes for a chicken and mayonnaise baguette looking at the chicken/mayo in the tub there was only a small baguette worth left so it was put in one baguette and the young girl said do u have anymore chicken and mayo a “fresh tub of chicken and mayo came out so the second baguette was done with that all happy so far both really enjoyed them, after a few hours later my wife was getting stomach cramps she had not eaten anything after this, time we finished at the hexagon watching a show with the kids the wife was feeling more rougher we all went back to the hotel where the wife got into bed she had been sick throughout the night as well as diarrhoea. Looks like I had eaten the fresh chicken and mayo and the wife had the yesterdays chicken and mayo, Monday she is still in bed ill

Have been visiting Pierre's baguettes since I was a teenager and it's sorely missed now I'm no longer living in Reading. Great baguettes over the years and not once have I had cause to complain.

For many years I would go to Pierre's every day and order the same smoked salmon with butter and lemon juice on a white baguette. Between 2011-2013 but then I started to drive to work.On the odd occasion I would pop in and order the same again.A few weeks ago I left Reading for the final time. I went in and they still remembered me! They even remembered what I used to order.Thank you Pierre's. Hundreds of Baguettes and not a single complaint!

We are a semi regular customer and we love the SFC baguettes and salads. I normally order the salads and over the months, the portion seems to be going smaller and smaller. Its a shame coz it tastes amazing.
