Pizza 2 Night in Reading

The food is ok but 8 out of 10 times they fail to put my tuna extra topping on and I'm fed up with paying for something I don't get. At the least they should refund my money for the extra. I've been looking at other reviews and it seems not bothering to get orders right is a big problem for them. I've phoned a couple of times but they don't seem to give a monkeys, though it's technically stealing. I've had enough now so will be looking for new pizza place. And we order often!Update - tried phoning to get around the "didn't read the ticket" excuse - man came to my door and had audacity to tell me extra £1 - for the topping - got pizza inside... No topping. I don't care that much about topping, but stop lying and stop taking people's money under false pretences. Will never use these cowboys again. More fool me for trying to support local business.

Would be nice just once to go to one of these off set pizza places and have them actually offer their deals they have on display.

Hello world this is the voice of reason.We have thoroughly enjoyed 20 minutes of pure entertainment, scrolling through the reviews, which was quite frankly better than watching a movie. last night we ordered two giant pizzas, one vegetarian and one pepperoni.all 6 of us loved them, we couldn't get our heads around the quantity of food at such a LOW price. Compared to pizza express prices we were shocked at the quality of the fast made pizza. We didn't pay for customer service, we paid, for FOOD.

Never buy a pizza from here. As the great Aristotle said, “It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light”. Well I can safely say that this pizza is absolutely not the light. Being an A-level business student, I am outraged that a business is run like this. Simply, the poor customer service speaks for itself.

Omg, don’t do it to yourself.This place is shocking, it makes pizza presto seem like a five star.Meat medley at this place, the ham pieces tasted like a pink bouncy ball had been cut up and put onto the pizza.

Dreadful… quite frankly just diabolical. If you are thinking of buying a pizza from here please just go and eat tarmac, it will be much nicer. I was rudely shunned by the worker when I phoned to complain with him saying “Bye Bye” when I asked for a refund. The customer service was diabolical. Please don’t waste your money on this revolting establishment

As a consumer of pizza 2 night, please refrain from ever investing in this abysmal company. Extremely rude and hung up on me whilst complaining about their shoddy pizza which quite frankly was vulgar. Please never ever EVER purchase a pizza from here. Absolutely horrific customer service and the running of the business is woeful. Not impressed 🤬

we have ordered Gaint pizza as shown in bill but they provide large ones. Calling them multiple times is not helping.
