Their chicken wraps are nice but the big boss burger was awful and didn’t taste nice, meat was over cooked. Will never order again

Awful, the order from deliveroo hasn't arrived despite the status being update to delivered. Called restaurant and they told us to wait and call back. Called several times over the space of 40 minutes from two different numbers and there was no answer.

Used to be much better than it is now.... such a shame also £1.79 for a can is a joke

Food is good but way overpriced! Nando’s prices for a takeaway and the staff are not the friendliest.

Great service as usual with fantastic food yes you have to wait a while but the wait is it worth it

Roosters used to be great. Since the last time I went a couple of years ago. They have over doubled the price and the quality of the food is substantially worse. Instead of using chicken breast in their pitas they now use "mini fillets" which all had the tendon running through the middle of all of them as well as other chewy sinew. Garlic mayo replaced by garlic mush that just overpowers everything and the chips were almost hollow from over cooking. Paid £20 for two pita meals of which I threw 2/3s of mine in the bin. Avoid.

Very bad customer service, I placed an order and was told to pay for the a tiny tub of sauce, and was told the boss does not care about customer service! On another occasion I ordered a delivery and half the order was delivered. When I called up there was no apology what so ever!

Right I have been reading a lot of reviews and I have my own opinion as well as respect everyone else's?I believe the customer service is ok may be slow but they are cooking the chicken again what does take time and gives it the flavour. Best option is to go inside and order it not delivered? You want good cooked food then always compliment them by saying good things about their quality and I am sure they will give you what you require.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food, then as i got home and unwrapped it, found a bug in my burger. Don't come here.
