Great cafe, great good friendly staff.

Me and Max visited for breakfast, always great service and always great food.

Absolutely brilliant place. We had breakfast and it was lovely. Great friendly staff and service. Definitely worth a visit.

I often pop in here with my son, lovely staff with exceptional service. Food is reasonably priced and great quality.

Firstly let me say as a local resident, I have visited 3 or 4 times before and thoroughly enjoyed this cafe. The food has always been excellent and the service welcoming, attentive and friendly. Normally I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Spoons. Sadly today my experience was not what I had expected and I didn't get to enjoy the food. Arriving at just before 1.30pm, I was looking forward to enjoying a Breakfast and a coffee. I took up my seat at a 2 seater table, the restaurant was fairly busy and clearly had been busy up to that point in the day.Tables were being cleared and service was carrying on to customers who had already ordered. I was prepared to wait as clearly the staff had been under pressure and were trying to cope. However I did not expect to be still sat there at 2pm having had no acknowledgement of me being sat waiting, an offer of a drink or even an opportunity to place an order for food. It seemed I was invisible as other customers who arrived after me were placing orders and served food. At 35 minutes waiting I decided to leave and unfortunately I will not be returning as my custom is obviously not valued.

I like this coffee shop for a quick and easy lunch. The sandwiches etc are nice and very affordable although I would pay a little more for a salad garnish and blob of coleslaw, which, for me, would be a perfect lunch 🙂 I've been back twice since and on my last visit had sausage, eggs and chips which was brilliant 👍

Such a lovely cafe! I have allergies and they let me eat my own food with my friends and we’re so friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful cafe. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent...cakes are homemade. Offers several special menues like Afternoon Tea made to order. Newly renovated, the decor is both cosy and comfy...leather sofas too. Outside eating and a garden. It's a local gem. Love it. ❤️
