What can you say bad about sugar!? But there are still loads to say about how they manipulate it at Creams and they do it to perfection. For somebody that does 10 mile runs they should definitely put next to the calorie amount how many miles you need to do to not feel guilty. All the jokes aside, great staff, amazing diverse choices, decent pricing, 100% getting the best value for money in the dessert category.

Located not to far from town centre. It is a big cafe/ shop where there are a lot of place to sit. All the menu items are really taste but expensive. We took usually cookie dough Triple chocolate or crepes.Unfortunately the staff / sales assistance are not al seats kind and helpful. Some of them are quite rude and seems they are boring to work, at the other side some of them are really kind. There is also a toilet sometime clean sometimes not.

For the last uncountable number of years since they inaugurated this branch, one thing has been common. DELICIOUS TASTE. This is something Creams in Reading has been able to keep consistent along with courteous staff and excellent ambience. Thank you Creams Reading.

Toilets are always disgustingly dirty. The cloths that they use to clean the tables stink. Orders are always so late and on top of that don’t taste nice and have atleast one strand on hair in it and the staff are rude, avoid, go to treatz instead

i ordered a hot chocolate at first and then was served with a complete different order. i then waited for my order (1 hot chocolate ) and was received this. i was given a takeaway cup as if i’m at petrol station. as a customer i feel like this is upsetting as my full needs as a customer didn’t sit up to standers. I WILL NOT BE RETURING

Food is incredible, however, the menu change is awful. Ruined the original menu, price increase is ridiculous. Real shame as it was definitely my favourite place to eat until now. Disappointing to see such a renowned establishment going downhill like this so fast. Not on. Honestly quite upsetting as I’ve been coming here weekly with my friends for years.

I went there today because I read some reviews and thought it looked good. The cafe is situated towards the west end of the main town centre and was really easy to find and also near a bus stop. I ordered a takeaway and went for the salted caramel cheesecake and poke bowel which was a large bowel with a big waffle in the bottom and many slices of banana and strawberries, mini marshmallows, creme cookie dough gelato, chocolate shavings and mint chocolate sticks and there was so much in this bowel but it was so good and well worth the cost. And the cheesecake was also really good but the poke bowel did it for me.The staff were very welcoming and friendly and while I waited they became quite busy but still seemed very well organized and had everything under control. This is definitely one of the must try places in Reading. Well done.

An indulgent place for the sweet tooth. Pricey but will definitely be a favourite for children, teenagers or a date.Decor is quite fun, black paint everywhere with glitter spakles along the walls and mirror ball with booth seating. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness, tables were not clean and the menus had lots of greasy patches, worst still was the wet serviettes that was wrapped around the cutlery, never had ones that were wet before so went to replace with dry ones!Ordered a waffle which was fluffy and light with generous amounts of chocolate spread and a side serving of soft whippy vanilla ice-cream. . It was very well received by my children although even my 8yo son said it's a bit sweet (too much choc spread) which I didn't think was possible!Went on Sunday 10 Oct 2021 at 5pm and it was quite busy and full of teenagers and a few families.

Lovely place and some awesome desserts. So much to choose from and the prices aren't bad either.Greeted by friendly helpful staff, we were shown to our seat and given a menu full of sweet delights. There was so much to choose from it took me ages to decide on one thing.Eventually I opted for the strawberry Buenos which was lush, and huge!! Could only manage 3 quarters of it and I'm usually a big eater!!

SuperliciousPresentation is super and tastes awesome.I just love to go to creams each and every time, when I go outside.Especially its waffles give your taste buds a relaxing and delicious touch.A bit expensive but you can never found its alternative.
