Absolutely disgusting, plus when they had a power cut they didn't inform no delivery drivers they were closed and were still taking Internet orders. Wasting customer and delivery drivers time. It took over 2 hours to get my money back. I will definitely NOT be going back

Looks to be permanently closed. I haven't seen it open since moving into the town centre several months ago. Best Subway is located on Gun Street next to the purple turtle, alternatively there is a store on friar street too.

A big fan of Subway, and as always the sandwiches are to a very high quality and taste a treat. Always my number one choice for a meal out due to the vast variety of excellent quality foods and the very affordable pricing. All food always seems fresh and natural which can't be said about all fast food places. Subway staff are always approachable and helpful. As you watch the food be made in front of you, you know exactly what goes into it which is very useful for many people. Would certainly recommend.

A very nice subway, the attendant was very friendly and helpful. He made suggestions around their specials. Also he managed to greet all the new customers and let them know he'd be with them shortly without loosing his momentum with my order, a difficult but impressive skill. The food was exactly what I needed and good quality. Their coffee is not spectacular but contained caffeine so also appreciated.

Absolutely ridiculous. All 5 of my friends went in. I was the only person in the queue left. 5 minutes before 'closing' time and refused to be let in. Bouncers were incredibly rude. Staff were even ruder according to my friends. Won't be visiting ever again. I expect to hear from senior management because the way I was treated was completely UNACCEPTABLE from an establishment I expect and have received better from.

The Subway Franchise are very nice for their Subway footling and half rolls. All kinds of fillings. Hot Cold toasted style. You pick what you like and its made in front of you fresh nice for quick bite. Eating with groups or alone. Just around corner from Oracle Shopping centre.

They are a fairly consistent subway with friendly staff and a good turnaround time. Never had any problems with the food. The seating area itself is a bit worn out and the toilet seems to be forever out of order.

Me and my friend visited this Subway branch this evening for a quick takeaway. We had one of the worst customer service experience. Indian guy who served us was very rude. He took our order but started to prepare next customers food leaving us waiting and our just bread out on the side. he spoke very rudely no please or Thankyou. He was just so rude to a point he just threw our receipt at us and walked away. It seemed like either he was too lazy to change his gloves or more worried about saving gloves for the company.

At the end of the day it's a Subway, so everything that applies to most Subway's applies here. Although having said that this establishment is in my opinion the best Subway in Reading. It's of a decent size and kept clean and the manager is quick to act when required.
